Really really useless

Really really useless , they kept sending me emails to add account where as my account was always there. I sent so many emails with zero replies from them. Waste of time and money. Very complicated system too. 👎👎

Avoid this scam

Avoid this scam, paid $15 for the bot and they're making me download an app to my Android phone in order to use it.. Why couldnt they add this from the beginning? I dont have an Android. I just want my money back.

EDIT: So I logged back in to try it again, I removed my Instagram from there and added it back in to see if that works, and instead it removed my $15 purchase of the Bot, and it gave me $14.50 to my balance instead... if I try to buy the bot, it'll tell me that I am $.50 short and need to make a purchase of $9.99 or more to continue. Again, avoid this scammy shady fkn app. Its not worth it.

Shameful

It s a disgrace. How would anyone would pay for smth that is not working at all? Thei website refreshes like in de '90s. The bit dosent engage tho it has all the setting done and targets. It s shamefull. I dont understand how anybody would recommend this at all.

Gives a lot of filters but it doesn't seem to use them.Follows accounts that I doesn't correspond to the filters I selected.When I ask for refund,they said ok,but for a month I just waited with nothing.Thanks God I paid with paypal ,and that gave a solution.

Please don't waste your time or money. I almost didn't write a review as it would only be echoing the same sentient as everyone else but this company is simply stealing money and anyone with hard earned money should be warned. Theft! That's the only way to put it. They know good and well (given the amount of complaints and bad reviews they get) their service don't work, and yet they continue to take people's money and post on their social media as if that isn't the case. We all know bots is against Instagram TOS and the fact that i would be gamed out of my money in an effort to game Instagram is pretty ironic...I guess that's what i get....Peace and blessings!!!

I payed the bot and nothing...

I payed the bot and it is not activating. I have looked through all the settings and even tried to contact support, but it denies login. I wish I had read the reviews here first, then I definitely would not have bought it. I used it in the past and it was fine, but the company has taken a turn and cannot recommend. I basically paid for nothing as the bot is not activating!!

Tricky to set up but after an initial difficulty works like clockwork

After having a good dealing difficulty setting things up including getting the ticketing system to work, it is now working great. Also once in the ticketing system the team is very reactive and supportive. Answers come within 24 hrs.
All set now and working. Can recommend.

Not recommend at all

I used to use it in the past... worked pretty well!!

Then with the new algorithm it stoped completely.. they kept saying me they were working on it but I saw no results. So I decided to leave it.

This month March 2020 I decide to approach Instazood and check If all the things were sorted. I was so disappointed that after the 3 day trials the performance WAS ZERO!

I asked Support and the answers they gave me, were the same copy+past answers they used to give me in the past.

BUT something very strange happened. I deleted the account from the dash and re-added it again!
What my surprise?? There were promotions added to my account that I never added.

I'm running a specific business, and the extra promotions added were like related with a completely different topic but very specific, meaning that my account was interacting with them.

Maybe it's this way they are keeping business and allow them to sell traffic and likes to the accounts, instead of a quality bot.

Unfortunately Instazood is no longer transparent and clear.

instazood services before the new algorithm

I used instazood services before the new algorithm. The automation took me some time to learn and understand but it really took my account from couple of hundreds followers to above 2500.
The team always answered my questions and provided a solution for me.
Today, I really hope that they can resolve the new algorithm issue and get back to business.

Missing 'unfollow' and 'activity' settings tabs in automation area

I just signed up and paid for an Instazood account. Normally in the settings of the automation area, you have setting tabs for activity, unfollow limits etc. I am missing settings tabs for unfollow and and activity and i don't know why.

I had good experiances with instazood, but in 2020 nothing ist working there.
I created a new account.
The adding of my instagram account took an hour.
The website is very slow and i cant see my dashboard.

The support is worst

The support is worst, the site is so slow, always show an error when search by hashtags. I tested the free for 3 days, because of the errors I couldn't test, I have contacted the support, I didn't get a proper answer and didn't solve the issues.

product doesn't work anymore. Been waiting 4 weeks for a refund and keep getting told its coming and they are waiting for somebody to return to process it. Happy to take your money but no service after. Don't be tempted. It simply doesn't work.
