Fail for Scheduled Post function
"Scheduled Post" function has been down for almost a week, white the charge is calculated as day by day.
We have submitted an inquiry ticket, yet no one provide any useful solution, just keep on telling us to delete and re-add the account.
We do believe that, the server is totally down...facebook and ig are starting to block this app...so you better don't waste money to join the package.....

My experience with Instazood
Guys,here is my experience with Instazood. I tried using it in May, 2019, I tried the free 3 day trial. It worked pretty good, i gained 200 followers.After 1 month i decided to pay for 1 month subscription, but then it didn't work as it used to. Basically NOTHING happened. I opened a ticket and followed the customer service instructions, but it wasn't helpful. In the end my 10$ went to waste. Don't use it.

SCAM?!
I have used instazood in the past with no issues but today was different and it looks like everyone else is having the same problem.
I bought 1 month of bot for two of my accounts and when i activated the bot promotion, nothing happened. Even after 1 hour.
I followed all their advice and still nothing.
I just submitted a ticket and I hope I hear a reply back and a refund.

Was using this service for about a year and loved it until I got shadowbanned when they started changing things. Took a few months off and when I had the money again I bought my own proxy and resubscribed. ONly to find that after I paid my INCREASED monthly fee... the damn thing doesn't work at all! It seems to be literally broken and everyone is getting the same spam message when you submit a customer service ticket. What a SCAM. Shame on you instazood. You basically stole 15 dollars from my minimum wage poor as hell a**. You know your crap isn't working yet you're still taking money? How do you even sleep at night. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! And hey if you get the thing to work again.. that would be great! Id gladly pay you to actually USE the service... (drops mic)

Instazood is done but keep collecting money
I wish I read these reviews before paying $49.
Instazood algorithm doesn't work anymore and they know it, but will keep collecting money while revenue stream doesn't dry out.
That's not a bad service, that's a financial crime.
Anyone who's paid to instazood but is not receiving money can use "suspicioous site reporter" Chrome extension and report the site to Google. Google hopefully will look into this and stop organic traffic to Instazood

Well once upon a time Instazood worked.
It doesn't anymore!! Even though you pay money to use it, follow all their guidelines, it doens't work!
But the worst is, when you submit a ticket and ask for a refund, because the product you have bought doesn't work, they get back to you once and then never get back again. Or they do, to tell you that your ticket is closed....
So if you have money to spare that you wanna throw out into the wind and never see them again, use this useless program....
Amazing you haven't found a way to make your program work, but still charges people money to use it....

Rude Support team- don’t bother
I thought it was great as it worked well but one month I used it and I only did about 20 actions and got nothing from it. I had 6 days left on my account and they had advised the price was increasing. When I stated I wasn’t happy to pay this as it didn’t work for me from the previous month, I got an INCREDIBLY rude reply from them. Very disappointed and it’s a shame I received such a rude reply from the uppity guys as it’s completely ruined the whole experience and has opened my eyes to the fact this is nothing more than an amateur service.

They said that they fixed the problem…
They said that they fixed the problem and for that reason they have raised the fee to 15$, but nothing works.
As I said “We are happy to share with you that the updates are now being implemented in all of our customers ‘ accounts and are working correctly and the rest of them are being applied as well. this is not finished updating on all the users the new update is 99% going to work”
They should just stop taking money from customers until they fix it for real.
It used to be great, but now it just doesn't work!

I'd have given it a negative rating if at all possible. Absolute scam! Should have never gone and paid for a service that was non-existent. You don't even get to hear from them despite those numerous messages I've sent to their support system. Yet they even had the gall to ask for an increase in fee from 9 dollars something to 15 dollars despite not seeing any results whatsoever from their non-existent service. There wasn't even 1 like nor 1 follow from their 'bot' to other insta users. One should avoid this garbage of a service like a plague if you don't want to flush money down the drain.

Nothing works, no refund! Scam, stay away.
Nothing works. They claim to offer a service to boost your followers, in real they do not own a working bot. Even more serious, even if I paid with paypal, they say they need 10 days to do the refund because it is their rule. I wish i read the review here before have paid for their service. Absolutely not recommended!
