Very helpful when I had problems ordering on their website though Safari (Firefox worked fine). Prompt delivery and good product (Armflex self sealing pipe insulation). I'll use them again. Be aware that the surfaceof the insulation is easy to snag if you are fitting next to brickwork.

The pipe insulation was for an ice bath. Due to location of bath within a building and chiller outside without lagging the.pipes had constant condensation. The lagging bought was easy to fit ( perfectly fitted budget) and cured the condensation. To Bake off - no soggy bottom.

Impossible to find fault with the whole process from ordering to delivery. Goods were of good quality and matched the representation online. All round excellence
