Ordered A Cover Jacket for my Lazy-z-spa Helsinki Hot Tub - fantastic service from the team , really helpful and delivery was fast and efficent... After fitting the Cover Jacket it can already see the difference in retaining the temperature as it only drops 1/2 degrees as to without the jacket it was dropping 10/12 degress.

Im In the middle of buying insulation for my inflatable hotub and whilst there are a few challenges around sizing which to be fair is tricky due to the liner expanding over time which. ours has a lot, this company are totally listening and committed to finding a solution. Having chatted to various people including the owner (I think?) they really do care about getting it right for every customer. Whilst I'm not quite there, I'm happy I will be. In terms of the product, whilst not cheap, it's well worth it. I have a smart plug which monitors kwh. I've seen around a 2kwh drop a day with the outerjacket and another 1-2 with the lid so yes it is very effective. Especially the lid which i thought was overkill as it never felt like it lost heat due to the inflatable disc. I was very wrong. Its really warm when you put your hand underneath. Quality is spot on and probably overkill which is nice to see given all the cheap imported rubbish that is freely available. Really friendly staff and always helpful. 👍👌

Been researching on what thermal cover was best for our needs. Came across insulation and more and it fitted with our requirements.
Leave on 24/7, reduce running costs. Look good. Waterproof and protect from uv and cats foxes etc. Access tub easily for chemical adding etc.
It's perfect just fit and leave.

My first communication was via email, I received a very prompt reply with all the information I needed to make a purchase from Gemma. She was helpful, friendly and provided professional customer service. I would recommend the company. We have applied two of the jackets to the layzspa , although our spa was already erected and filled so will have to wait until we refill before applying the lid safely and securely, although it looks straight forward from the included instructions.

Found these covers following a Google search and really pleased that we ordered them. They are pricey initially, but having use them for a few weeks now, I think that they will save us on running costs in the long term.
Usually without the covers in place we were losing 6 to 10°c overnight.
Using the covers only dropping on average 2 to 4°c from one daily use to the next. In fact last Sunday we never had to use the heater at all , it was still at 36°c from Saturday evening. Down from a starting temperature on Saturday of 38°c.
The quality is there and they are a really good fit.
We initially bought the main side surround and the top cover, but are looking to buy the pump cover too shortly.
Not using the metal cross supports as the original top cover is perfectly supportive enough. Maybe delete that or make it an option.
These seem to be popular recently as the delivery time from order to receiving was longer than stated on the website. Believe that they have changed that now. Would have been nice to have known that, instead of just having wait for the delivery to turn up.
The covers arrive in large plain cardboard boxes.
Would have liked to have a storage bag/s to place them in when not in use. Maybe something for the future perhaps.
Other than that, as stated very pleased with performance, style and function of these covers.

We purchase a hot tub cover and was given a price and delivery.
On paying the price was increased by £10 and the delivery date was informed to be 18 May 2021. It is now the 20 May 2021 and we still have not received our order.

Would recommend and use again.

Bought insulation cover for Hot tub and pump due to temperature fall away whilst not running system during sub zero overnight temperatures.
A truly fantastic product. Retained the water temperature brilliantly, only dropping by 3 to 5 degrees from maximum by morning in minus degree outside temperatures.
This can only lead to savings on electricity bills.
