Excellent customer services. I bought an insulated cover for my hot tub and unfortunately very soon afterwards it broke. The seller allowed me to return the unused cover and refunded me in full.

If you want the best insulation for your hot tub this is it. Super quick delivery/service. My hot tub was costing me £2 plus a day in electric and now it's averaging 70p a day...! Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for here and I've tried a few others.

Brought the 3 set of insulation for my inflatable hot tub, looks great, works well. Looking forward to my first winter with the tub being wrapped up securely.

Purchased a hot tub lid in November 2020 and since then have been sent 2 replacements due to the supposedly waterproof lid letting rainwater in and soaking the insulated material , making into a big heavy mess . Customer service was prompt but the latest replacement I have been sent comes with a 6 month warranty ; don’t trust water problem won’t happen again and £150 is a lot for a lid which will barely last a year ! Also doesn’t fit properly over the hot tub , the iron frame makes it too small leaving gaps in the side .

I was apprehensive committing to another expense for our new hot tub, however I am pleased to say that I am delighted with both the pump & spa cover. The pump cover reduces the sound as well as weather proofing. The spa cover catches all the debris from trees etc, no more debris falling in when removing the cover, keeps the temperature levels at a steady 35’ when pump is reduced to 32. Highly recommend these products!

This really helps with keeping the temp up. We’re losing only 1 degree overnight with heater and pump off but it’s such a hassle getting the cover on. We have to pull the thermal wrap down in order to find the clips on the tub
