The call insurance operator was very…
The call insurance operator was very nice and helpful in all aspects of obtaining travel insurance.
What made it difficult was that the system your company uses appears to shut down or reset too quickly therefore the operator had to at least 3 times re enter information already given. She was very professional about it but it was frustrating and it could lead to customers not continuing the call. I maintained and finished but it’s something that should be looked at seriously.

So easy to deal with
I have had to amend my holiday plans twice and insure and Go have been so helpful. As easy as buying a new policy and within days i've had my original refund processed and in my account. So easy!

We have never had travel insurance before and the amount of providers was a bit overwhelming with a vast array of prices. Online form was fairly quick and easy to follow, and the cost was very reasonable

Good experience used multiple times
I’ve used Insure and Go for a number of trips, prices are good, had to claim once for a trip to the hospital, no issues, fast service and helped when needed. Highly recommended

You’d be crazy to travel without it!
We’ve always valued travel insurance, but for us it’s essential. My husband has type 1 diabetes, so having reliable cover gives us real peace of mind whenever we travel.
We’ve also had firsthand experience of how important that protection is—on one trip, my husband was hit in the face by a surfboard and had teeth dislodged. Knowing we were covered made a stressful situation much easier to manage.
Because of this, we wouldn’t travel without insurance, and it’s reassuring to have a policy we can trust.

My travel insurance was extremely easy to book online and as nothing went wrong on my holiday I had no reason to make a claim, but it was great to have peace of mind with the insurance if something went wrong.
