Is this a real insurance company?

Absolutely rubbishy website with no contact numbers. Their emailing a separate password for you to be able to open their policy documents is also a waste of time, especially as they have been given your email address beforehand when you took out the insurance. Bonkers.
Now I can't view the documents to see the date the cover expires because the policy documents require a password that I don't have!
