How lucky I was for the team at Insuret to take my call. Even luckier to have a very important salesperson to give some of his wisdom and time. So elevated was his station at the business, he was bemused as to why I wasn't all that grateful. To maintain the status divide, Lord Important Biscuit Barrel refused to send some information about the insurance policy we had just discussed. He pompously snivelled "I've given you 15 minutes of my time and it is outside our protocol to send information out".
I'll check with my Doctor to see if my gratitude gland is working.
