Don't waste your time or money on this site, ordered a costume for my kid on the 16th and paid their $30 "for Halloween" (2-5) day shipping. Here it is 5pm October 31st, surprise surprise it's not here... in fact shopify claims it won't arrive until November 11th.

Ordered something for Halloween paid extra for 2-5 shipping. That would have been plenty of time. Not only has it not gotten here, we got an email for tracking and when we click it, it says they will notify us when they have a tracking number. Total scam! And i tried to leave a review on their site it wasn't posted! So that explains why every review on the site is only 5 stars and good reviews!!
Usually I always check trust pilot! I forgot this time. I should have known with no customer service number! That's a dead giveaway

DO NOT USE. No customer service, never received item, unresponsive to emails.

If I could give inswear 0 I would. This website is a SCAM. Do not use. I never received my item that I ordered. Every time I inquired about it i would get an email stating I would receive it within 7-13 days. They provide a tracking number but it does not provide much info.

I ordered a swimsuit March 14th, was supposed to receive in 15 days, now been 5 weeks. I keep asking for a refund and they just answer ....check tracking, it’s on its way but it’s been stuck at an airport in China for over a week now. How do I just get my money back! Terrible business practices!

I swear I was scammed. Ordered a baithing suit in early March. It is now almost May and I haven’t even gotten any shipping details yet. I asked what was going on. They are pretty good at responding back, but would just keep giving me different excuses why it wasn’t here yet. It hasn’t even shipped yet 2 months later.

Absolutely dishonest!

Ordered 2 outfits last month that there was a delay in shipping for 1 month.

1 of the outfits was shipped out but was held in customs, with no update for 10 days.

The 2nd outfit what supposed to be restocked in the 12th March and it was not shipped at this date like they promised, it was shipped 1.5 weeks later.

They then told me that they do not even have the colour I wanted even though they said they will have it and I had I pick a DIFFERENT colour

After I expressed my disappointment, they offered me a $5 refund... my orders were over $80. I expected at least half my money back

This company also trading in other names - do not use. Refund process no clear at time of purchase, not on website. The parcel arrived with a UK return address on it but when I contacted for return I was told I had to return to California tracked service only. The cost of returning a small bikini tracked to the USA is over £10.00. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU KNOW YOU WON'T NEED TO RETURN THE ITEM.
