They got off with my money. Do not give your money to this scam. Now Im not interested in the item that I had ordered,whenI see it on other sites.. I scroll right on by it. It takes the fun right out of shopping. 😒

I would rate this company 0000. Complete Robbers. As with a similar customer lower down this list, I bought battery powered chain saw and waited months before they sent me a chain with pull cord each side... same as another customer. I returned chain as instructed by Paypal and sent them Post Office receipt for return but received no refund. I had refund on return postage but that was all. Paypal in my opinion is the same as I reported to them and gave them all pictures with evidence and they still sided with the Chinese company and told me my claim was dismissed. I am going to terminate my account with Paypal also.

Do not purchase anything from this company, they also go by other names, but the tip off game is the same!

I ordered a off-brand lego style set and was scammed for £30. The company never replied to any of my messages. I went straight to paypal and made a claim, 1 month later it's not resolved and the date keeps being pushed back. I've seen a lot of people say they did the same, and I had to contact paypal again to make sure they hadn't let anything slip by. Finally got a full refund offer if I sent it back, only after I kept bothering them. Paypal does offer to cover the cost of the shipping!! people seem to have ignored sending stuff back because of the price, which I understand it's £16 for me, but paypal promised to refund me as long as I provide a tracking number. That way, these scammers can't lie and say they never got it. Fingers crossed it all works. Might be worth others trying this too.

As everyone else on this review list, I GOT SCAMMED by this so-called company (Zhixin Trading Co., Ltd.) via Inteltey. I was stupid enough to order 5, yes 5, of the Hippie Bus Coolers "as advertised". I FINALLY received 5 toys buses. So after receiving the "toy" buses, I went back on their site and they had added the toy along with the cooler; you had a choice to order the toy for 19.99 or the cooler for 299.99. That was not there when I ordered the coolers. So, I tried 3 times to contact this "company" and got no response. I then contacted PayPal which is a joke in itself as well. I explained to PayPal what had happened, sent them documentation, photos, etc. They said that they would contact the company and get this resolved......
1 1/2 months later, Paypal sends me an email stating that I will get a full refund "IF" I send the products back to the company at "MY EXPENSE"! It would cost me $28-$30 to send that garbage back to them. They said that once the company received my return items they would then, and only then, refund my money. So.....I get scammed, ripped off, taken advantage of, and I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN THE ITEMS!!! Not going to happen. I'm pretty sure at this point that if I returned the items, I would not get my money back. Oh, and after all this....my account with the company is conveniently "unavailable".
I find it interesting how PayPal can communicate with them, but I still cannot.......

I ordered two battery powered small chain saws. I paid
$55.00 and received two small chain saw blades only, hand operated. Have been unable to contact Inteltey. I would like a refund or the battery powered chain saws that I ordered. I am very disappointed with this company. I will never order form them again. Lloyd Lacy

Scam company. I have ordered two smart watches and robot hoover but i just received a cheap smart watch but haven’t received the second one and not received the robot hoover. They also not answering to emails and don’t have any contact number. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DONT SHOP HERE I’m so annoyed I didn’t read the reviews first. I ordered a hammer tool kit for my partners birthday. After about 5 weeks I recieved a toy hammer. I was fuming and my claim with PayPal is still ongoing nearly three months later.

I have read responses about this site and have had the same problem as the others about the hippy cooler bus. Ordered it twice and I got the toy version instead. This company is a rip off and scammers! Do not order anything from this company.

Dummy Chinese company owned by tik Tok advertising on their site. Get either nothing or cheap knock off. Reason for Trump to band tik Tok.

Ordered and item for a birthday present, after 1 month of not able to contact I requested a refund through paypal. 6 weeks on and still no resolution. They most I have been offered is a refund for half the amount. Very poor service, no response to any emails.

I received goods after 3 months it wasn't what was advertised and was a lot cheaper version of what I ordered. Scammers

As with many of the reviews ordered two vans for presents for friends only to receive two toy vans after waiting over a month for them.
Disgusted can't get in touch with anyone no response from them this company should be put out of business/shut down scam artists.
Never never buy anything from them as you may as well throw your money away.
I hope Karma is true and they get what they deserve for cheating people out of their hard earned money.

These people are rip off artist !! I two ordered the Volkswagen van cooler and exactly what everybody else says I received a Volkswagen bus little toy. I’ve contacted them at least 5 to 10 times with no response you can’t reach them anyway so I am just out the $28. If anybody wants to use this service you might as well just the lighter fluid on your money and burn it because you’re going to get ripped off. These people are scam artist !!!

I bought three Volkswagen coolers and got three metal car models. They don't even give an additional to return this crap.

I ordered a camper van cooler thing over a month ago and ive not had any word of when it's going to be delivered. Im going to try and get a refund through PayPal. I checked the dispatch number online and it doesn't even look like its been sent either.

Anyway it did turn up eventually.. but as with the other reviews not the drinks cooler but a toy VW camper van in a very broken box.. definitely a scam.. just waiting on PayPal now to try and be refunded.

Same story everyone else has said. I ordered a TOOLBOX with tools inside and received a keychain. I purchased using paypal and because I received a delivery they found in favor of the seller. They didn't even care I never received what I ordered. Bull$#@$. How are places like this allowed to stay in business. I wish I could make a living off sending keychains when people order other things. What a profit!
