Paid nearly $30 for a VW cooler box on an advert on Facebook and a toy VW van was delivered. Operate under a company Zhixin trading for payments. Been in touch with both and no reply. Inteltey have now blocked me from contacting them on their FB Post for the advert and via messenger. Reported to PayPal as that’s the only way they accept payments so hopefully they can get me a refund or at least stop them from robbing off other people. Because that’s basically what they are doing.
