A disheartening experience with intent.ly

My time working at Intent.ly was an absolute disappointment, and I feel compelled to share my negative experiences with potential employees. From the outset, it became clear that this company lacks the fundamental principles necessary for a healthy and productive work environment.

First and foremost, the management at Intent.ly demonstrated a shocking level of incompetence. Decisions seemed arbitrary, with no clear direction or strategy. It felt like there was a constant state of chaos, as leadership failed to provide clear communication and guidance. This lack of direction created an unsettling atmosphere and made it impossible for employees to understand their roles or contribute effectively.

Work-life balance was virtually non-existent. The expectation to work long hours without additional compensation or appreciation for personal time was unreasonable. This disregard for the well-being of employees led to burnout and a noticeable decline in morale among the team.

The company's commitment to employee growth and development was nothing more than a façade. Despite promises of career advancement opportunities, there was a blatant lack of support for professional development. Training programs were insufficient, and opportunities for advancement were scarce, leaving employees feeling stagnant in their roles.

The workplace culture at Intent.ly was toxic. There was a palpable lack of teamwork and collaboration, with a pervasive sense of favouritism. Cliques formed within the office, and those who weren't part of the inner circle felt ostracized. This unhealthy dynamic negatively impacted the overall work environment and hindered productivity.

Lastly, the compensation at Intent.ly was well below industry standards. Despite the demanding workload and stressful conditions, salaries were not commensurate with the expectations placed on employees. This disregard for fair compensation further contributed to the overall dissatisfaction among the staff.

In summary, my experience at Intent.ly was disheartening, and I would caution anyone considering employment with this company to think twice. The toxic work culture, lack of leadership, and poor compensation make it an unfavourable choice for those seeking a positive and rewarding professional environment. Look elsewhere for an employer that values its employees and fosters a culture of growth and collaboration.
