The actual transaction online was fine with no problem.
When I visited you in Paignton the guy behind the counter was pleasant and helpful. I asked if I could get the timber Cut in half as they were 4.8 metres to fit in my car I was told yes ask the guys in the yard they should cut it for me. I went out and got my timber and asked if it was possible to cut it only to be told “I’m not very good at cutting timber I can’t do it and we have no cutting area,I left my last job because I couldn’t cut timber” which seemed a strange thing to say,as previously the yard guys have obliged and cut my timber..
It was just as well I had a saw in the car . I am 70 year old and I struggled to cut the lengths.My husband attended the store
I feel your service was let down badly.

Really easy to order and delivery excellent
Really easy to order. Very helpful delivery man and friendly. Delivery very easy and where I asked for the items to be put. Driver carried in two heavy items to the garden for me and the rest was close enough for me to manage. Very impressed with the peat free compose. Great! Would use this company again.

As always Interline staff were very efficient and helpful, I have rotator cuff disorder and the team in the warehouse helped put the three doors I had purchased for my customer into my van, prices are good and I was in and out in no time.
