DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

This company is extremely difficult to work with. Ordered a product that did not work properly, all their responses were extremely delayed to the point where it pushed past the 30 day return policy (seems like this was by design) therefore I was not able to return the item and now I'm stuck with it. I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before ordering from this company, this is a mistake I will never make again.

Following your first email to us on Tue, Sep 28, 7:40 PM, after verification, we can confirm that we have responded to all your emails in a timely manner, and that the information you requested (return & refund) was provided to you on Tue, Sep 28, 7:40 PM and again on Wed, Sep 29, 3:18 PM.

Following your email to us on Mon, Oct 18, 1:19 AM, after verification, we can confirm that we have responded to all your emails in a timely manner, and that the information you requested (return support) was provided to you on Tue, Oct 19, 3:07 PM.

Your order was placed on Thu, Sep 16, 9:12 PM, and attempts to initiate a return on Mon, Oct 18 failed due to being past our 30 day return policy.

Since we provided you with the return details on Tue, Sep 28, 7:40 PM, and again on Wed, Sep 29, 3:18 PM, at no time did we hinder or delay your ability to return your order.

We have also offered to provide you with free technical support, however, we did not receive any such response from you. At no time did you provide us with any information regarding the technical issues you were experiencing.

We are more than pleased and willing to assist you with any technical issues you may have.

Inter-warehouse Swisspro projectors images are terrible and company refuses to stand behind there products

I ordered two Swiss pro projectors that were advertised as 6700 peak lumen projectors for a church conference. I setup screens and tested them 3 weeks after receiving them just 3 days before the conference started. The images were not very bright or clear and I could not get the fuzziness to go away across the whole image no matter what I tried. I scrambled and purchased two epson 880 projectors advertised as 3300 lumens and the images were very clear and bright across the whole screen. There was no comparison. The Swiss pros picture quality was terrible. I contacted inter-warehouse after the conference to return for the poor quality picture and they stated that I was past the 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee to return by 3 days. And the 1 year warranty they refuse to honor with a refund even though their website states “no hassle no questions asked replacement or refund”. They will not stand behind their product and I cannot get anyone on the phone to talk to. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and an awaiting a response. I am not the only one who has had similar experiences with inter-warehouse for their refusal to back their products. Don’t buy from this company! Find a reputable company instead.

You are absolutely right, we do not offer any refunds, returns or exchanges after 30 days from purchase. Our money back guarantee is only valid for 30 days.

You can easily generate a return shipping label directly on our website's Return Portal at anytime during the 30 day time frame.

As per our previous messages to you, we are more than happy to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer, but in order to do so we require that you provide us with pictures or videos showing a defect.

We need these pictures or videos so that we can demonstrate to the manufacturer that there is a defect that should be covered by the one year warranty. Without these pictures or videos we can not start a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

We appreciate how frustrating it can be to submit pictures or videos that show a defect, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Please note that we have no control over the manufacturer’s handling of any warranty claims, nor the timeliness of their response, however, please rest assured that our support staff liaise with our manufacturers on a regular basis on our customer's behalf.

WORST PROJECTOR EVER

WORST PROJECTOR EVER! DO NOT TRUST THEIR PRODUCTS, THEY AREN'T EVEN BRANDED! WORKS TERRIBLY! I reached out to inter warehouse customer support, and they told me I had to pay for the shipping costs to return the item back to China, which was well over $200! That’s almost half the cost of the projector! And I can’t even sell it because people take one look at the projector and don’t trust it. Complete loss!

Do not lose your money here

Do not lose your money here. Ordered a projector. Box arrived intact. Numeorous issues. Lens internally scratched. Some apps not working. Was asked and provided video and images. Was asked to pay for shipping to send to China and only declare $98 out of $484.95. What if box got lost??? They would not cover shipping which is FedEx International Economy®$153.70. Basically box pushers with no consideration for the buyer. Shop elsewhere.

Response..... The payment processor did not agree with you. They simply cannot contest the condition of the merchandise that I've received. I have sent you images and videos of defects and items not working. Your response was simply to not help to a client that received an item with numerous defects. And outside of losing a bunch of time trying to figure out that something is not working, also had to eat $104 in the shipping fee. So it is a lose, lose situation. Just trying to protect others from your enticing offer and not get ripped off.
