We have worked with Interact now for a number of years and have always been very impressed by their service.

They provide and support our internet and phones across four sites around London and they have never let us down. Whenever we have problems they are quick to provide support and advice.

I want to especially shout out to Mel and Malcolm who are extremely efficient and knowledgeable.

We’ve had a fantastic experience working with Steve and the team at Interact Technology. From the outset they were professional, responsive and genuinely focused on finding the right solution for our needs rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach.

Our site doesn’t currently have access to full fibre, which had been a major challenge for our business, but they provided a flexible and highly effective broadband solution that has completely transformed our internet reliability and speed. The improvement has made a huge difference to our day-to-day operations.

What really stood out was their ongoing support - any questions or issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently, and you always feel like you’re in safe hands.

We experienced frequent internet outages and had ongoing issues with our contract renewal. Despite multiple requests not to renew, the contract was auto-renewed without our consent. When the company finally agreed to terminate the contract, they unexpectedly cut our service in the middle of a workday instead of allowing it to expire naturally. The owner admitted that this decision was made out of spite. When we attempted to address the issue, our calls were ignored, and one was even deliberately disconnected. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this service.

They back up their implementations with a very effective support solution, and are always there if something goes wrong.

Interact Technology were given a scope to improve both our telephones and internet services, and managed to come through brilliantly with vast improvements to our offices. Constant communication and adaptation of the scope to fit our needs was greatly appreciated and resulted in a great new system being provided, with on-site installation from very friendly technicians. Any issues which cropped up after the installation were responded to promptly and updates were provided at good intervals.

The phone system offered was perfect for our company. Very easy to use, lots of added features. Highly Recommend
