"I have been in touch with my bank.
They are investigating a fraud instigated by you.
The so-called subscription is cancelled.
You have taken a payment of £40.56 from my account without my agreement or knowledge.
I will be contacting the police.
Go to Trustpilot to read the the reviews on your dreadful company. This may help you understand my email.
I expect the money to be repaid to my account today." Be warned.
Scam alert
I must have clicked something inadvertently when setting up a new fire tv stick. Several days later a debit of £40.56 showed up on my bank account. I have never heard if this company, never authorised a payment to them and never received an email from them. The bank has changed my card number but I'm not sure that I will be able to get my money back.
Be aware! Scam merchants!
While installing my new Galaxy S25 I came across a free trial for Pixody Max. Stay well clear! I cancelled the free trial well within the 24 hour (!) trial period but I still got charged for the next month. After that you have to deal with Interacthelp who are in fact no help at all. Had to cancel my CC to prevent further damage but lost €48,95 to these fraudulent scam merchants. I notified my CC company. Hopefully they can do something to stop these crooks.

I have received an e-mail off this company saying I have a free 3-day trial thereon in they will take £40.56 per months from my account. I attempted to open up an UBER account, and I entered my card details on there. It was a scam/fraudulent way to obtain my details by deception. It said it was UBER but it wasn't. I've just had to cancel my card, and am now on very high alert of being targeted by these scammers. No idea why the Police do nothing about these outfits. It's very clear from all the reviews that many people are being de-frauded out of their money. Be very aware of these, I wish you all the best of luck (contact your bank immediately and stop your card or account which they take the money from. Do not click on links from e-mails from this company, you'll simply make a bad situation worse.... again - Good Luck!!!
