I downloaded the Google App, which I was led to believe was free, and this scam company InteractHelp charged my credit card $50. Credit card company and police are taking action.

No idea who they are yet £29.99 taken…

No idea who they are yet £29.99 taken from my account. Immediately after I reported it I received a phone call pretending they were from Halifax asking for me to share details.
I have frozen my account and will have to go in person to the Halifax.

I have absolutely no idea who pr what…

I have absolutely no idea who pr what this company is but like everyone else £29.99 has been taken from my account and my bank WILL NOT help. I'm currently on holiday with my family and when this alleged transaction took place I was asleep. The bank says it originated from my IP address and I emphatically refute the fact I have enlisted this company's services. This has to stop I WOULD NEVER sign up to anything like this I have no need for it

Charged with no chance of cost or service

Somehow I found I had been charged £29.99 for my first month's subscription by this company. This should NOT BE POSSIBLE TODAY and of all the experiences on here people have given a
1* STAR rating - that rings alarm bells EXCEPT ONE
and he got his money back. And I FIRMLY REQUEST a refund

Interacthelp com scammers

Just been to my Halifax branch in Tooting to try to recover £29.99 taken from my account by this so called company of scammers. Good for Halifax ,it refunded me immediately and cancelled my debit card to protect me from further unauthorized payments by Interacthelp.com.

Interacthelp is a scam, Chase arguably complicit

Interacthelp is a scam. I have no idea what they do but they have taken three payments of £30 without my permission. Every other review says the same about this company. Yet when I called Chase, they were initially intent on calling the scammer a merchant. When I patiently explained that it was a scam, since they had no product or service to sell, they said they needed to investigate. They will update me in a week. Watch this space..

Beware - SCAM!!!

This company is definitely operating a scam. Had £29.99 taken from my accounts twice. Disputed charges with bank but don't appear to be able to get it back. Suspect it was something to do with a QR code at Leeds/Bradford airport
