No more feedback provided by this firm whos is 75 Days Late on delivering 1 Airco, 60 Days Late on Proviiding the Second Airco and God knows about the Remote, There is now real way to contact them over the Phone, They do not reply to the queries, It looks like the site is to avoid at all cost, I am out of my Pocket for a little bit over 1000 Euro

I've have ordered a "garden Sofa", 542 euros (delivery included) on March 3rd. Delivery was expected early april. Mid april, asking if a delivery date could be shared, no view on it. So, early May (03.05), we agree to cancel the order and they agree to proceed with REFUND. Since then, 7 emails sent about the refund : when ? "within a few days". Early June, still no refund and now , no reply to any emails sent to their customer support. No choice than go for a claim through my credit card company.

I have been waiting over 3 months for my television. After 6 weeks, I had to contact them to ask what was happening only to be told that the itemwas no longer in stock. I was promised a similar model, provided I could wait another 3 weeks, and again, nothing. It has now been another 6 weeks and the company’ customer satisfaction department is staying mum. I am so disappointed as IAP has been good in the past, but this experience changes my view of them completely. They are not the only ones with great discounted merchandise online. Here I come, CDiscount et al!
