Order cancelled without communication until 3 days after delivery date.
The order was taken, the flowers were not delivered and only three day later they told me they had cancelled the order. They offered a small discount on my next purchase as an apology. I won't be using it as I don't want to risk the same situation.

The flowers were beautiful and delivered timely. Excellent experience, as ordering from abroad for a big birthday - only minor point for improvement: would be great to have the website in English, though I've definitely learnt some Italian with making the order! :))

I ordered Birthday flowers for my step mother in Itally. They never arrived. I tried to contact them twice, but no response. I got a refund via PayPal quickly, but otherwise dreadful service.

Great service, fast delivery, bouquet like on photo. I ordered delivery in the morning for Canada and it was delivered during that same day as it was described on the site. I am always using Interflora for special occasions for my family and friends in USA and Canada!

Ordering and paying is easy but no news, no tracking service was working and obviously no flowers were delivered !!!!!!!!
No news at all until I contacted them and besides the refund and a 10 euros voucher they seems that they couldn’t care less !!!!
