I ordered flowers to be delivered to Italy around 20th oct. A few days later I received a message to say they had not been able to deliver and could I provide another number. I gave them the same telephone number as before as this was the only number for the recipient. I didn’t hear back after this. I then send another email and got a reply to say they would contact the overseas florist. Again I’ve hear nothing since. It’s now mid November. The flowers are still not delivered I’m still chasing and I’ve been charged by interlora for this. What an appalling service!

My son sent me flowers in remembrance of his brother who died as a baby. The flowers were pretty, but as I lifted them out of the interflora box to put them in a vase, I was horrified to see that they had been sat on top of 2 leaflets for Reform, one for the party and another for a candidate.
All I remember about Reform, is the mobs that terrified parts of the country over 2024-2025. I was so horrified that I put the flowers straight in the bin.
On the anniversary of Joe's death, the flowers from his brother Tom are a great comfort to me and the only time I see their names together in the same place.
This year, his anniversary has been tainted and sullied by my memories of the mob violence, heightened my depression and brought me low.
Shockingly, my son got in touch with their customer service and though they refunded his money, were completely unempathetic and clearly used an AI standard worded letter, which spoke of how disappointed he must be.
He responded by telling her that disappointing is what you would say if the bouquet was late, or the wrong colour. That deliberately sending fascist pamphlets to someone who is grieving, is appalling, not disappointing.
All the reply said was, apologies again.
I would think twice about using Interflora for any flowers for funerals, or in memory or remembrance.
And they send a reply in Italian, which translated says, sorry, tell us what happened we want to put things right! This review tells you exactly what happened, I can only therefore assume that Interflora is not interested in putting things right.

Appalling service . I order a autumn bouquet costing £66 next day in a vase ..the poor quality flowers were just thrown in the vase , cut too short and 3 rose stems . I complained and was patronised in flower bouquet " are sometimes different than picture " I've been ordered flowers for 40 years . I also overdue a birthday bouquet for my daughter the let me down on the day saying the florist had lost her keys !! Both times I had to find alternative flowers .

Delighted! Ordering online was easy, and the two people who I sent flowers to recently were also delighted. One was an international delivery, with what looked like a complicated address. But the flowers were delivered without a problem. I saw a photo of what had been sent ... gorgeous! Will definitely be ordering with Interflora again.

Am at my wits' end. Interflora says they cannot deliver as they cannot find address in Portugal on Google Maps. This is clearly not true as the person I am sending flowers to gets deliveries all the time. I cannot get through to anyone at Interflora. On their chat bot site, have been left hanging for an hour with no update and no agent has joined the chat as promised. All emails to them receive an automated response and nothing more. Interflora has charged me £55 and I am trying without success to get a refund. This experience is appalling and stressful.
Update - Interflora called after I left this review and said they would refund in full.
This was for my mum in Italy. The flowers were beautiful that I moved her to tears. She was very impressed and happy about the flowers. WIll definitely order again!

My delivery wasn't delivered on time. My order wasn't even submitted for delivery. Why give me the option to choose delivery today if it can't be fulfilled? I placed an order at 4 PM and selected the delivery option before 8 PM. The tracking shows my order is at stage 2/5.
What a disappointement! Terrible experience, or rather, non-existent! I placed my order a day in advance for delivery on Sept 29, and late in the afternoon of the 29th, they informed me that they couldn't deliver that day but if I agreed, they would deliver on October 1st an upgraded flower arrangement . The bouquet did not arrive, and even today, October 2nd, there is not sign of it. Calling customer service is a joke! And asking for a refund would be a nightmare.

I had an excellent experience with Interflora’s online service. The website was easy to use, the ordering process smooth, and I received clear updates throughout. The delivery timing was absolutely perfect, exactly as promised, and the flowers exceeded my expectations in terms of freshness and quality.
Overall, a flawless experience — I would definitely recommend Interflora for anyone looking for reliable service and beautiful flowers.

Minus one star. Catania interflora branch is very disappointing. They do not care about customer services or customers at all. Ive ordered flowers for a birthday which were never delivered. I emailed them subsequently two days after order passed the delivery date saying no delivery was made and requested a refund. They never replied to the email. Subsequently called and requested for a refund as no delivery was made on the day. They didn’t acknowledge this and instead said delivery was attempted but no one was available up at location to receive delivery which is not true. I have subsequently received an email from their generic address confirming order was fulfilled/ delivered. I have emailed last time to say that it wasn’t delivered or received and requested to remove my email address from any emails from this company.
Catania interflora is probably (without a doubt actually) the worst place to order anything from.

Good service, delivered on time, even during the August bank holiday. The product is solid, and the flowers are beautiful. The after-sales service, which is a bit hit and miss, could be improved. Recommended.

This was terrible. I ordered a plant for my mum's birthday, and selected the option "the florist will choose the plant DELUXE", at the highest price of 85€ (two less expensive options were priced at 55 and 70). The plant delivered was a Zamioculcas of around 50cm, which Interflora ITSELF sells for 30€. I sent a complaint and customer assistance confirmed this and apologised. They refused to reimburse me of the 55€ stolen or send another plant for that value gap; they repeatedly blamed the florist and offered a 20% discount voucher, which is insulting. I am now forced to sue - this is bewildering. AVOID.

I ordered some flowers to be delivered the next day (as advertised). They never even arrived and there was no (successful) way to contact them via email, form, phone or whatsapp.
Also, it's not possible to track my order via the order number, as the website keeps throwing an error when trying.
Of course they charged me for it and I had to dispute the charge via my credit card.
AVOID if you don't want to lose hours chasing your reimbursement!
