Great service so far, I like their banking platform and support is great. Using it for my business flawlessly.

We are using Intergiro for our business since 2020 without any major problems or interruptions.
What we value the most is the hands-on approach, solving any issues the same day, the latest the next. The customer support is personal, interactive, and super helpful.

The system is simple and easy to use. Lately, Intergiro introduced batch payments which make life easier when paying salaries.

We are very happy and will recommend Intergiro further to any small to medium businesses.

Innovative and friendly business banking. Cannot think of one thing to complain about, which is unusual when it comes to banks/EMIs.

The sign up and onboarding was simple, quick and intuitive, understandably it can take some time for relevant due diligence to be completed as you would expect! however, it was probably twice as quick as Revolut Business.

Ella was my point of contact and if any further documents or details were requested/required for set up it was acknowledged quickly and efficiently.

Once onboard, the interface is a dream to work with. As a business we are constantly receiving and moving funds in large volumes. This couldn't be more simple and the prices and plans are very competitive.

The Virtual cards are now pretty much an industry standard and something to be expected. The physical cards arrived quickly.

Controlled access for my team was simply set up via permissions. You can really narrow this down according to roles.

I have seen subtle changes happen for the better over the last 6 or so months, nothing to drastic all at once but you can tell they are attempting to change the way business banking is done.

I don't often leave reviews but I feel for my business this meets all of my requirements and I could not be more impressed.

I'm using them for 6+ months and everything works great. Never had any major issues. There was one downtime for few hours, but that was fixed fast. Overall I'm a happy customer.

Few things to improve:

1. In the web interface, there is an accounts list on the left. When you click on the account, the selected account moves to the top and overall sorting of the list changes. This is just terrible UI design, making one's eyes bleed. Just try it yourself with 5+ accounts. Please make sure accounts list stays the same and sorting never changes, simply highlight selected account. Allowing to assign own names for accounts would also help.

2. Removing incoming SEPA % charges will make me receive more revenue through Intergiro. All other EMIs have fixed incoming SEPA charge.

2 stars, dont know exactly what to give this company, filled in all details they want, made a selfie and send them my ID, then got the message in my screen that it would take 1 business day to approve my account.

That was a week ago, in the mean time not even a confirmation email or any email saying it could take longer. Doesn't sound as a good start?

Update:

It will be 2 weeks tomorrow, i guess the " 1 business day" is a joke.

They have to come with something special, i cant imagine that it will be very trustful at this point.

Contacting them by some special email address is something laughable, how come you have a special email address for this, spend that time in trying to do it in 1 day, not in 9 times that amount.

Yellow matches well with stuff

Working with Marc and his team at Intergiro was great. They're very quick and efficient.

It took months to open the account, at very high fees. Months later, I have still not been able to access my account! Stay away.
