I was apprehensive before arriving for my appointment but that didn’t last as I felt
relaxed after the procedure was explained to me.

The practitioner was great
The practitioner was great, she worked really well to reassure my son while simultaneously removing the ear wax. All the wax was cleared and there were no issues, the job was done very well!
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is for the presentation of the building, the waiting area was dingy and unprofessional. This made my son and myself worry about what level of professionalism to expect during the actual appointment. But that said, we experienced a high level care and competency from the practitioner.

The lady who cleared the wax from my ears was really kind and considerate and constantly explained what she was doing. I have no hesitation in recommending Interhearing if anyone is having ear wax problems.

Been here a couple of times over the last 4 years
Had my ears microsuction ( not uncomfortable at all ) hearing test .I have tinnitus really bad ...but hopefully a referral from inter hearing should get me an hearing aid..

Very good experience
The lady doing the ear waxing was very pleasant and easy to talk to. She explained everything clearly although I had been before. She kept me informed about the state of my ears and answered any questions. Overall a very good experience.
