Terrible customer service
Made a mistake in order which i tried to rectify immediately. Company did not respond to attempts to contact them. Ended up having to pay for my own return and out of pocket. Worst customer service - delivery was shocking delivered late at night and then left at the bottom of 6 flights of stairs to move all items myself. When complaining about the above was accused of making it up and not allowed to speak to anyone else about my complaint.

Perfect chairs and service
The chairs are a really beautiful work of craftsmanship and I love them. They have already been much admired by visitors.
I did have a moment of concern when they didn’t arrive on the specified day but I received a text saying they’d been delivered. However, a phone call to customer services next day quickly resolved the issue and I had them that day.
So I can thoroughly recommend this company.

Great buying experience so far!
This review is placed on the ordering experience as I have yet to get the chairs! But a really quick and positive journey to order, with a nice wee text to give an extra £10 off, and the chairs seem to be very good value in the first place. Here’s hoping the product matches the buying experience :)
