Faulty Product & terrible customer service
I purchased a brown Kontorstolen Premium stil chair from Interiorna.
The chair was defective and broke after 6 months of light use. Some of the mechanical parts are plastic. They are now refusing to repair or replace the product which is a guarantee under EU law. Rather than address the issue they are avoiding answering my questions and delaying email responses. Very poor form as a company and I do not recommend purchasing their poorly made products
