Never received the item and whoever…
Never received the item and whoever sent me the follow up email stated that I was a liar. Since when did customer service look like this?!?
I never sent an email stating anything about the wrong address. The exact email I sent was that FedEx stated it had been delivered and I couldn’t find the package anywhere. There was not an option to state that it was never received…and I didn’t pay with PayPal so who’s lying now?

On 31st of August you sent us an email saying that the product has been delivered to the wrong address because of an issue with FedEx and the tracking number, and then on 2nd of September you opened a dispute in PayPal saying that the product you received was damage and would like a refund.
First you sent us an email saying that it was delivered to the wrong address and then you told PayPal that you actually received it but it has been damaged?
Our customer support is great and the thousands of our customers agree with us. Thank you 😊
