This is the second time I’m reviewing a product I didn’t receive because you shipped it to someone else in New York and you don’t respond to emails

Never got my item and have emailed their customer service multiple times and haven't heard back.

Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. After almost a month I’m still waiting on my product. There is zero customer support or service. Pretty sure I’ve been scammed. Working with my bank to dispute the charges and I filed a complaint with the FTC.

Order number D2461 stopped working after less than 2 months. Was only on for 4 hours each day.

Lights have crisp, bright colors and come on outside every night while keeping dry inside wven in the rain. Great product!

I never received it!

I never received my package. I have sent emails and I am awaiting a response regarding the tree that I ordered. This company appears to be reputable so I am hopeful that they will step up to the plate and get this situation sorted.

I was sold an item that apparently isn’t in stock, this becoming known only after waiting and checking on the (non)shipping status-waiting almost two weeks. I’ve had to just recently check back and threaten to contact my card company to cancel transaction. They now (a few days ago) said they would send the item but it still hasn’t. Communication always being initiated by me, then wait, then get very broken English response. VERY SHADY COMPANY! Stay away!!!

Ease of use. Lighting is perfect, not too bright and not too dull. It is very lightweight.

Hard to give anything but 1 star since the order remains “unfulfilled” and have not received any word from this company since placing the order.

Very disappointed in this "5.9ft Artificial Tree with Lights". First, when I took it out of the box, most of the leaves were folded, which made them look withered. Second, the tree is NOT 5.9ft, it is more like 59 inches. Third, there is no remote and no "light modes"; there is on and off.
I would NOT recommend this to anyone.

I love the lamps just wish they were taller

Worked with customer service and got questions answered then ordered.

Very disappointing. The lamp is so small and fragile, very cheaply made from China. The light is no bright at all even after full charge. It says on the box that can be standing straight up - no it does not stay because the whole in the middle of the stand. Not happy with that purchase and very overprized for that size and quality.

My ordering was easy with fast delivery. The product I ordered was perfect, was just as explained and of good quality.
