I wish I had seen this page before I ordered anything from them. The item arrived it just wasn’t even mildly close to what I ordered.

Orderd date with a book, bloody joke it was a 10 page pamphlet with a couple of paper stickers and a piece of string,emailed customer service for a refund.they have asked me to send a photo to show what's wrong,not holding up any hope for a refund ,oh and waited weeks for it to arrive.

Absolutely awful! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Ordered the date night book set received 2 chapters of a photocopied book. What an absolute joke. Fake photocopied goods delivered after 3 weeks.

Why is this company not been shut down it’s disgusting they are taking peoples money and being allowed to do it

I ordered 2 of the pom pom charm bunnies from their facebook advert. After numerous tracking emails showing that my order was coming from USA (?) they eventually arrived in a Royal Mail package with a UK return address. The products were inferior to those advertised with sharp edges to the eye, loose cottons and threads and loose fibres. As they were meant to be gifts I felt that they were unsuitable and entered into protracted email correspondence requesting a refund and sent photos as requested. I was offered compensation of £1, then £3 and then £5 and advised that if I wanted to return the items they would have to go back to China (?) and that the shipping costs would be high. I reluctantly agreed to accept £5 in compensation. This company should be avoided at all costs.

Con. Took more money than on invioce! False tracking. Luckily paypal refunded immediately. Do not buy from them.

Paid for dresses through Klarna. No dresses have been received. Still waiting, over 2 months on! You get rubbish service through an automated system saying wait for your package to arrive. How long must I wait??? I've asked for a refund numerous times, I just get told to keep waiting. I think they do this so people will get fed up, stop asking and give up! Well take it from me, I am not giving up. Why these sites are still going is beyond me. They are scammers and they need reporting. So angry right now. Take it from me, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Wish I had thought to look for reviews before I had purchased. These bras are only useful to someone with fried eggs as a breast, There is no cup at all. Contacted seller, was offered £2, told them I want a return address offer went to £4 and was told accept as it will cost me loads of money to return to China Warehouse as I couldn't send to the uk one that originally posted them. Now i'm getting ignored. Paypal are no help ,they say I have to try negotiating with seller or wait till 9th of December to escalate complaint ,6 months wait They'll have changed the company name by then
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

I foolishly ordered bras from this company before reading any reviews. First red flag - I was charged £3 more than quoted, second red flag - received "tracking" info that the bras were being shipped from Idaho (I live in the UK) and three weeks after ordering, I received the package - labeled "Tracked 48" with a UK return address. Surprise, surprise - the bras did not fit. Too small. This is after ordering the size according to their measuring charts. After realizing this, I immediately contacted them and after 24 hours, received a message asking me to send them a photo (which I did) and then having them say, basically, it was what I ordered so I should give them as a gift! I would never give bras as a gift in the first place, but I ordered them for ME! I have again asked for a replacement in the correct size, but I'm not hopeful for any positive action, even though they claim 100% satisfaction guaranteed on their website. I am 100% DISSATISFIED! Avoid this company like the plague! Trustpilot should offer a zero star option!

Please please do not use this company. It's a Scam. You give them the payment. They send you absolute rubbish. I ordered Bras and omg their meant for dolls. Asked to change them but they refused to take any responsibility for the absolute rubbish they sent out. The order was £21 and offered a refund of £2. Absolute joke of a company. Please be aware of this company. Told me to pass them onto someone else. (family, friends)

AVOID! Products not as described, very difficult to receive refund (need to post back to China at own expense).

I ordered a bra from this so called company. I had notification from royal mail to say it had been delivered. I looked at the photo they took for delivery, and the photo is not even my address. Contacted royal mail gave them the tracking number and address, they said that, that was not the address tjey had for delivery. I am so so angry.
BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS.

Do not use this website, the dresses stated they were being sent from America, arrived with an address from UK on but told they'd have to be returned to China. The dresses are cheap and awful and they won't provide an returns address, they offered a £17 return on a £70 order and won't refund or let me return. I've reported them and raised a complaint with bank. Avoid!

Ordered bras according to recommend size guide, when they arrived they were way too small.
Been in touch with customer service they offered 2gbp then 4gbp refund on £20+ order.
Too expensive to return that's why they sell to UK Customers.

I ordered a few bras from two supposedly different company's on a Facebook ad but they were this one operating under different names. The items (bras) took a long time to arrive. The quality is shocking, they were small enough to fit a child and had holes and loose threads.Forget about customer service. Most of it is automated so you end up back to square one!

Crooks! DON'T ORDER FROM THESE CRIMINALS. I ORDERED FROM THESE PEOPLE THROUGH FACEBOOK ONLY THE USE DIFFERENT NAMES. THEY CHARGE MORE THAN THEY SAY THEY WILL. THEN THE ITEM NEVER ARRIVES. I HAD TO GET PAYPAL INVOLVED. THEN, I ORDERED AN ITEM THROUGH MY WEB BROWSER FROM A 'DIFFERENT' COMPANY AND IT IS THIS MOB AGAIN! ONCE MORE THEY OVERCHARGED AND PAYPAL MADE THEM GIVE THAT PORTION OF MY MONEY BACK, NOW I STILL HAVE NO ITEM AND AM OUT OVER £2O. DON'T BUY ANYTHING THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA. NOW I MUST WAIT ANOTHER WEEK OR TWO TO INSURE THE ITEM WILL NOT ARRIVE BEFORE I CAN START A CASE WITH PAYPAL AGAIN.
