This is the 3rd or 4th time I have used Internetspecs and each time I have had a good experience. The whole process takes about 2 weeks from sending my frames for reglaze until receiving them back again.

Ordered a pair of Reykjavik Eyes titanium glasses with prescription lenses for my wife. Everything went great.

I had a really positive experience with Internetspecs. The owner, Mark, personally called me several times to answer all my questions and reassure me before I ordered — proper old-school patient customer service that’s second to none. Prices are very competitive too.

The only slight downside is that the website could be a bit newer design , and I would have appreciated more written detail about lens coatings and maybe options for Zeiss, but maybe that's the geek in me!

But overall, the service and support far outweigh that, and I’d definitely recommend them.

I was thoroughly pleased with the service and the product. I would reorder from Internetspecs.co.uk in a heartbeat!

Really happy with the clarity and workmanship - just as good as my previous glasses made by my local optician. They had my order finished and shipped out within one week. Apparently they have a system to track if you keep checking the order status page - I did and they gave me a call after a few days to let me know they are almost finished.

The customer service is excellent- a team member phoned me to actually recommend I switch to a less expensive lens option which would be more suited to my needs. I’m delighted with my glasses.
