The default quality lenses were not available for my prescription, so the company gracefully upgraded to the superior quality lenses for free.
Safe packaging with good protection ensured my new glasses arrived undamaged.

My glasses were damaged in transit between transitions and internetspecs who responded very quickly. I received a new pair of glasses as ordered in only a few days. I am extremely pleased with the glasses and the price.

When my frames arrived they were too small for my face , internetspecs were great , i ordered a new frame, returned the first pair and was refunded really quickly , great company i will definitely use them again

My glasses lens were of a larger size so had to be specially made. The team at internetspecs kept me fully informed by email and telephone.

Their service and responsiveness is consistently excellent - and their range of frames extensive. In my own experience I would more rely on their advice and guidance than my opticians - they are very helpful. Highly recommended.
