In general, I am very happy with the facility. However, last week, my app did not work, and the barrier would not open. Normally, the barrier opens automatically, as the registration number is read. H... See more

Our car was broken into by staff of Interparking. We could see this on camera footage of our car it was the same security guard who also recorded the report. He told us he would warn the police for us... See more

Interparking resembles maffia, not a service. Use at your own risk. When you drive out, you get some random fee presented (40 euro in my case). Pay, or leave your car behind. I HIGHLY advice... See more

Avoid this parking at all costs! Rude, arrogant and unhelpful staff instead of solving a simple issue (which could have been checked in their system in minutes), they mocked me and forced me to pa... See more

Day fare not what you expect

Be aware that the “day fare” may be not what you expected…when making reservation, you need to inform your arrival and departure time - even tough the fare it is for the whole day. If you leave one minute later than the time you informed, you will be charged...not matter that you’ve paid the fare for the whole day.

I had a super experience

I had a super experience with two ladies at the headquarters, they were sooo helpful, one of them called Farida and after Covid I find it hard to find nice people, I can assume you, the ladie was top, as well the lady working at the parking at Place Poelaert, very helpful.
@Interparking; you can be proud with such co-workers.
I only can say good things about this company and their staff.

Electronic use of parking is encouraged…but!

Electronic use of parking is encouraged by offering a saving of 30% a day, Advertised just before the entrance. However, at the car park itself there is no help.
After registering with personal details, Car registration( also difficult if on holiday and using rental cars, not knowing which car you have in advance) and credit card details, you would like to think you are half way there. Wrong! Doing the registration and booking the parking using the nearby hotel‘s Wifi (the car park has no help as mentioned) you have to pay your current ticket, drive out and back in again.
Parking - Make sure you are within the time limits of your booking. The car registration recognition works and lets you in regardless if you have booked or not.
If the car is booked, no problem with leaving. If the car is not booked, that’s when the fun begins. Attendants do their best but are really clueless. There are no kiosk personnel. When you leave your time is not debited from your credit card! You have to use a ticket which as you entered, is not provided. Attention! Interparking charge you a flatrate of €15 for upto 24 hours, should you be lucky enough to get asssitance, regardless if you have parked 1 or 23.99 hours.
The parking spaces are narrow, so any modern vehicles with more than 150cm width will have problems. As parking is tight, cars will get traditional parking damages which leads to the next problem. Rental car companies love these type of damages as it will cost you and nobody else.
If I could give a rating of 0.5, I would.
The only comfort was to have the car undercover during our stay.
Advice - Use small cars and if you rent a car, park somewhere else first before trying the Interparking system.

Worst experience with parking ever

Worst experience with parking ever. I had to get my car out of the garage during my reservation because of engine problems with my car. I had to bring my car to the local garage. I called to costumer support to tell them about my issue because I knew the rules of 1 entry and 1 exit. I hoped that the costumer support could help my out with my issue. They told me it would be no problem and it would be more expensive to park my car again. Finally I had to pay 40 euro extra. I am very disappointed in the flexibility of the company to help costumers out when there is a problem outside their powers…..

A disgrace to the capital of Europe

Whether it is at Brussels Grand Place, Brussels 2 Portes, or Brussels Airport, Interparking demonstrates nothing but contempt for its customers with lifts that don’t work, paying machines that don’t work, and that is without mentioning the dirt. Belgium should regulate this local monopoly and subject it to fines when a decent level of service is not reached. Interparking is one of the (many) things that make the capital of Europe look so shabby.
