SX925 sand filter pump warranty replacement
I bought SX925 sand filter pump as a replacement for older Intex pump I had used for several years. The new pump broke after only 6 months. I contacted Intex for warranty replacement. It went fairly quickly. They sent me a new main unit in a week. Hopefully this one will last as long as my old one.

Having issues with control panel. Called gave them the information and problem I was having. Immediately made arrangements to send me a new one since it was still under warranty. . Also offered me a 10% discount on any future parts if needed. This was my second time having to call and ordered a part and service was awesome and received parts timely.

Intex 14x48 round vinyl pool
I had bought a clearance Intex 14x48 pool from our local box store October 2025. Didn't get to installing it until February 2026, and that's when I found out that there was a leak somewhere on the bottom of the liner. I contacted Intex, and the representative was very helpful and explained the whole warranty process. Once the claim was approved (it only took one day), I received confirmation of a new liner scheduled for shipment. 5 days later, I received the new liner. This time there were no issues. I have had my pool up and running a month now and we are very HAPPY with our pool. Ready to enjoy it this summer.

I bought an air mattress at Walmart and it had a leak. When I went to bring it back they wouldn’t honor the return and said to call the company. When I had gotten in touch with Intex, they were very nice to deal with. They helped me with the claim and I received a replacement within a week. Thank you for backing up your product. My first mattress had an issue.
My first mattress (15 in. Double) lost air shortly after I bought it. Still under warranty, they replaced it in a very timely manner.They were all very kind on the phone and the replacement has been great. Thanks Intex!!
