Fantastic warranty experience

I bought a 32x16 salt water intex pool off Amazon, it’s been great. The pump failed within the 1 year warranty period. I submitted a claim online via their website and was pleasantly surprised about the response time by Intex. They requested a few photos and a description and another pump was on the way!

I am highly disappointed with the intex air mattress

I am highly disappointed with the product quality. Like many other customers, I am also facing serious quality issues with this company’s air mattress.
I purchased the mattress in November, and by February I had already received two replacements. Each time, the mattress developed a hole near the stitching area and started deflating after minimal use. This clearly seems to be a recurring manufacturing defect rather than normal wear and tear.
During the last replacement process, I specifically requested the company to either provide a refund or allow me to switch to a different air mattress model that they consider more reliable. I even offered to pay the price difference if needed. Unfortunately, they refused both options.
Now I’m stuck with the third mattress (the latest replacement), and based on my experience so far, I’m quite certain it will develop the same issue after just a few uses. At that point, the company will again expect me to spend around $50 on shipping to replace a $50 product that appears to have a design or manufacturing defect.
This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. I will definitely not be purchasing any products from Intex again, and I would not recommend their air mattresses to others based on my experience.

It is completely reasonable to feel disappointed after dealing with multiple replacements for your air mattress since November.

I want to clarify why we were unable to offer a refund or an exchange for a different model. As the authorized service center for Intex, we handle the warranty and technical support, but we do not actually receive the payments made at the retail store. Because those funds stay with the retailer, we don’t have a way to process a direct refund or swap the product for a different version. We are limited to replacing the specific item covered by the warranty.

I also hear your concerns regarding the shipping costs and the quality of the stitching. Your detailed breakdown helps us see exactly where we are falling short. Thank you for being so direct and honest with us. Sharing these specific hurdles is a vital part of how we look to improve our customer experience and our internal processes.

My Intex Salt Water Chlorinator stopped working

I purchased a Salt Water Chlorinator less than a year ago and it stopped working properly. I called Intex and spoke with an actual person who diagnosed the problem and solved it by sending me two replacement parts that fixed it for me. He was kind, co-operative, and understanding and he had my problem solved quickly. I thank you.

Very efficient in response and product was replaced very quickly. My filter pump for my intex pool went bad. Intex responded quickly and new pump sent promptly. Great service with Intex.

Excellent customer service and…

Excellent customer service and warrenty. I got my niece and nephew a bouce house for Xmas and it was no longer inflating by mid Feb. I called the service # and there was a warranty. They were extremely helpful and sent a new one to their address. The kids were so excited! It was their favorite toy and they did not want to see it go! Thank you for being awesome. Everyone spoke English. They were inside the US and they were clear , considerate and quick.

I had ordered through a 3rd party…

I had ordered through a 3rd party company and was unable to get refund from that company when I discovered the inflatable mattress I had ordered was defective. I contacted Intex and had a new mattress within 10 days with minimal communication.

We purchased a 77" round spa and, after the initial excitement at the ease and speed of the set up, were deflated that the motor had a short and would cut off. Contacted intex and they shipped out a replacement in 2 days, and it works great! Heats about 3-5 degrees/hour, and actually hits max temp (104) on standard 110v plug! Jets and light great, wish had seat pad in addition to head rests. Will see how holds up over time....

I purchased from Walmart and got the warranty bed sprung a leak within 2.5 months ordered a new one in less than a month I’m blowing it up a couple times a day I have no where else to sleep and if I send this one back I will be on the floor for real lost at what to do next

Bought an Intex above ground pool and…

Bought an Intex above ground pool and for some reason the hard plastic tube that hold the side feet out melted and bowed. Owned a many intex pool ultra and never had this happen before. I called and they immediately sent me replacements. This time we put a metal rod in each one and so far they are holding.
