Unreliable tracking
Unreliable tracking. I purchased a book with a specific delivery date in mind to gift the book. The delivery is well past the estimated arrival date at purchase. When I contacted customer service they were only able to give a generic next few days estimate. Haven’t received the book yet so cannot comment on actual product, but would not rely on the shipping window estimates!

Disappointed
After reading the reviews, I knew the early years would be a small print; however, most pages looked smeared. This includes at least the first half of the book. Also on most pages, the print format is not scaled to fit the entire page leaving almost one inch of blank space! With regard to delivery, the book sat still in shipping process for 6 to 7 days with “Label Being Created”. After sending an email regarding the status, my package moved and I received the book 4 days later. I believe my sports fan will enjoy the read and personalization; however, I don’t think I would order again!!
