I never got any shipping updates and I still haven't even recieved what I ordered. I emailed them and asked for help but they never even got back to me and I'm pretty sure now I lost the 60 dollars I spent.

Great quality and beautiful pictures
Great quality and beautiful pictures. Really impressed with how lovely it looks. Although it is stated on the website when you read it really carefully, this is really frozen stories with one very short personalised story. With the exception of their name at the top of the page, 95% of the book is not personalised which was a bit disappointing.

Within the product description, we do advise that the child will be within an introductory story, where their name intertwined with the other characters from the book, including Anna, Elsa and Olaf. Good product. Poor communication
No product received. When I inquired why the tracking number didn't work on November 24th they replied it must of been lost in shipping and they would send a new one. It is now December 6th and no new book. Not even a tracking number. Total scam. Avoid at all costs. Update this was rectified. The book is very nice. It just took way too many emails and tracking numbers that didn't work to get the end product. Probably wouldn't purchase from here again

I did express delivery and my delivery…
I did express delivery and my delivery was late! I never even received the monkey that way supposedly coming with my sons book. It is now December 6th and I still have not received my sons stuffed monkey and it was his birthday present. Very disappointing experience overall I was supposed to get everything by the 28th of November and all I have is the book. I waited patiently but now I just want a refund. My package deal was supposed to be a book AND the stuffed monkey friend
