The website was easy to use for personalisation. The product is beautiful and good quality, delivered in a lovely presentation box. Also the speed of delivery was amazing, our unique product was despatched within a couple of days!

Not as good as other personalised books I've purchased, is written like it's being read to the person rather than them being involved in the story

Easy to use website and great choice of products. I chose Decade Newspaper Books for an elderly relative which helps their memories. Books arrived quickly too.

Lovely book. A nice keepsake. Buying the gift box made it special. A quick turnround even with the post delays, it arrived in plenty of time.

It was nice and easy to order however when received, the spine of the book was damaged and the gift sticker on inside cover just slapped on not straight and looking untidy. Very disappointed with the lack of care.

It’s nice. Unfortunately the cover arrived damaged in the top of the binding left side. The packaging could probably do with some extra bubble wrap. No too happy about font used for the personal message inside the book, {not sure if I was given a choice of font and missed it but definitely would not have chosen this font. Way too curly for a book for a bloke}. Overall it’s nice and hopefully he will enjoy it.

Fantastic service, thrilled with books

I ordered this book for my Godson for Christmas. He loves Spiderman, so to have it personalised was the perfect gift. The website was easy to use and had a great variety of books to choose from. Despite the current strikes, I recieved my order quite quickly. I've already recommended this site to my friends. I will definitely use their services again.

This book is so much better than what I imagined!!! I was a little concerned after I read some of the reviews but this book does not disappoint. It is a Christmas gift for my husband and I can't wait to give it to him. If you're looking for a unique gift for a football fan....this is it!!!

Impressed with the product itself although the quality of pages varies….in quality and content!!…given to my brother as a birthday present and he thought it was a great idea/keepsake. Delivery was disappointing as I paid extra for courier services to ensure a speedy delivery while we are experiencing postal strikes….however, delivery was late and I only received the package in the nick of time….

Ordered ‘‘twas night before Christmas’ book 18/11/2022, for grandsons advent, still waiting.
Emailed a week ago, no response, following day an email to say on way, still waiting. I know about postal strike, but this is going into 3rd week. No explanation.

Great gift, promp service and excellent quality

The quality was better than I expected and it arrived very quick with the standard shipping option. I am very pleased with this purchase and excited for the reaction when it’s opened on Christmas morning. I’ll definitely keep this company in mind for future gift needs for those true sports fans!

There was a delay in delivery and package took over 2 weeks to arrive. Customer service did get back to me, once contacted, with package tracking number. The books looks nice from outside but some pages are very very hard to read which is highly disappointing. They look like poor quality photocopied sheets to where you can't even read the article. Overall, slightly disappointed

It was a very easy transaction and the product is very nice-- it is for a special Christmas gift which I think will be well received.
