Ripped off

The man in the shop told me that my bezel was loose and recommended a replacement bezel spring at a cost of £75 which I refused.
I asked for just a battery replacement but was told that the battery and pressure test come as a package for £89.
The pressure test then said “error” which he said was because the bezel was loose, so “error” means that the test is inconclusive so i still don’t know whether my watch is waterproof or not.
I took it to a TAG specislist at a nearby jeweller who said that the bezel was fine.
I feel totally ripped off.

Gold watch lost by them

Took the gold rotary watch that my wife bought me for our silver wedding (which was 21 years ago) to be serviced. In Time sent it to their service centre and lost it. Compensation is not new or old so it is impossible to buy a replacement. BEWARE, I would advise everyone to consider carefully before allowing valuable items with significant sentimental value to be sent away by In Time.

Amazing customer service and worked out of hours

Went to the Cardiff branch, had links taken out and a battery replaced in a watch, was going to leave Cardiff the next day and would not able to collect until weeks later. Very kind man called Steve stayed later, an hour beyond office hours to repair the watch and get it done before my trip was over.
Amazing customer service and definitely earned a customer if I need anything done again!

I recently bought a dual digital watch

I recently bought a dual digital watch. It came with no instructions on how to set it, and the company was no help.
I phoned In Time, in Bournemouth town centre, for some help, and the owner suggested i come down. Literally, within 1 minute, it was all set. He refused to take any money (and I did ask a few times)
If you need anything to do with watches, you'd be hard pressed to find a better place

Utter waste of time.

went to the store in Bromley and was appalled by the service. I wanted my ring fixed because i was missing a few diamonds and my chain that the clasp had gone on. The woman who was serving literally did not want to be there. She kept complaining about she was 70 years old and she couldn't make rent, and the fact she didn't have a discount card. She didn't give me a quote or offer to send my ring off and told me to go to the timpsons. She didnt even ring or text anyone to ask for help, apparently the phoneline had been done since they opened. she told me to come back Tuesday as the boss didn't work weekends. A pointless trip.

I left my earrings for alteration at…

I left my earrings for alteration at your Warrington kiosk in golden square. They told me they would be ready last Saturday 10 June.
When I called in to collect them, I was told they weren’t ready! Since then they haven’t been in touch and when I have attempted to get in touch by phone using 3 different numbers, all of them have been unsuccessful.
These earrings are valuable. Please help me.
The phone numbers we used, without any success, were 01925629287, 01925977875 and 01704501600. Today, 17 June my earrings were returned to me. They also admitted that there is no way any customer can contact them by phone! A BUSINESS WITHOUT A PHONE! Whatever next?

Call out for In Time Colchester.

Just a call out for Hannah at In Time, Fenwick, Colchester. Nothing fazes her, her can-do attitude finds the solution to the problem laid out in her jewellery tray. She is truly a queen of customer service, a watch aficionado like me and a very very nice lady to boot!

"LOST" MY HIGH VALUED CHAIN

On the 8th February I dropped my chain off for repair at the In Time at John Lewis White City. I was told this would take up 3 weeks.
I returned to the store on 6th of March, after trying to call and getting no response and I was told it was not ready yet, that by the end of the week it would be. I returned a week after again, and they said that they were having issues with the workshop but again that it would be ready soon.

Its been 3 months of me chasing this terrible company and having to email customer service to find out that they have "lost" my chain. It is a really expensive and emotional jewelry item for me and I highly suspect someone has stole it for its high value. DO NOT BRING ANYTHING to that store. I have read now similar reviews from similar time as well explaining situations like mine!!

The customer service is terrible, no communication, they never pick up phone calls- I called 60 times. Nor answer emails, YOU have to chase them to get information about anything. And I only got responses through someone from customer service of the main office.

I'm so frustrated and angry, I have been sent a compensation form but I want my chain back since the full situation is so suspicious I am concern they have stole it. I will take this further.
I can only recommended to future customers that its not a trustworthy company take it somewhere else!

Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre - Trish

I was referred to this company/stand in the Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre, after trying to source a Jewellery store that could replace the battery in My Accurist Watch. I was greeting by a really lovely lady, by the name of Trish, who immediately new what was needed for my watch to be returned to its original working order. I not only received a replacement battery with a reseal, but Trish intricately replaced one of the numbers that had loosened, and also my watch was deep cleaned, for a very reasonable price ( I had been quoted £100 by another jewellery shop prior to this). I was so impressed when I went to collect my watch, and the customer service I received was second to none throughout. I have already recommended this business to my colleagues and family, and i would definitely use In-Time for any future repairs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

On the 4th February I dropped a chain off for repair at the In Time concession located at White City. I paid £27.50 and was told this would take 3 weeks. I asked for a link to be repaired to the chain and for my pendant to be threaded back on.

I returned to the store on 2nd of March, after 4 weeks and was told it was not ready.

I then had a text to say that the repair would take 2 additional weeks. It has now been nearly 3 additional weeks (7 weeks total) with no update. I have texted this number several times with minimal reply. The latest saying we will let you know as soon as possible.

This is completely frustrating, the communication has been appalling and I am now concerned that my chain and pendant has been lost. Furthermore, the email given on the website redirects and none of the contact numbers work, so it is impossible to get hold of the company to get my necklace back.

Absolutely brilliant.

I took a dual faced Reverso type watch for a strap, as the fitting is non standard and it doesn’t use spring bars. The young man working at the Derbion, Derby branch actually made the parts needed to do the job by hand. So impressed. I’m a watch collector so my watches will certainly be going there in the future. Many thanks.

Had two recent repairs done from In Tine.
Kept apprised of their progress in each case.
Not cheap,but if you want the best you have to pay for it.
Based on my experience if you want a professional repair then don't hesitate.
