Poor handling and time frame
My initial inquiry was for 90-degree bends which I ordered through Intrim and they were delivered on time as expected, then when I wanted order two lengths of Dowels to go with the bends which i tried to order through Intrim I was emailed by a third Party NOT a supplier we use with a quote for the Dowels ? so I ordered the Dowels through one of our suppliers we use and Intrim have taken almost 2 weeks to get the order out to them very disappointing to be dismissed and put through to another supplier and to take so long is frustrating
