Arch / dissapointed
I was very dissapointing that when I was delivered the arch there were pieces missing, the arch was very expensive to beigin with, now the contactor needs to come back, so this will cost me more.
Very dissapointed.

Loving my new higher skirting boards!
I found dealing with Intrim easy and I was treated like a valuable customer. I was given the right information regarding the type of product that I wanted and it was explained to me why I had to have that particular one over something else. I was able to get a great price and even the delivery person went out of his way in placing 114m of skirting boards safely onto my property. I would definitely come back as a customer and I will be doing so not too far in the future as I am continuing my very extensive home renovation.

We have used InTrim mouldings…
We have used InTrim mouldings previously for wall paneling (wainscoting). The trim really dressed up our walls. The wood mouldings were perfect and were delivered in long cardboard tubes for protection. Because we live in Qld, the delivery was expensive, but the mouldings were good value.

Skirting and architraves were delivered
Skirting and architraves were delivered
Some were damaged
Architraves had 2 different profiles meaning that some had to be removed after installation, so that we could match the profile on the same jambs and windows, making installation slower and repairs required to walls after removal of installed pieces.

We are sorry for the inconvenience with the problem with the product on your recent order. The problem has been identified as an out-of-spec variation between batches. We have implemented a new quality check for our manufacturing to ensure the profiles match our technical drawings (within industry-standard acceptable tolerances). In addition, we have implemented a new procedure and training with our picking/packing teams, to avoid fulfilling an order with material from different production runs. This will avoid a repeat of this problem for all customers in the future. We apologise again for the problem that you experienced and thank you for flagging the problem so we can continue to improve.
