Had such a good time, overall great experience!! All the hostels were also really nice, clean and in good locations:) Fun activities, great people in our group, and an awesome group leader!!!

I had an absolutely amazing time on my group trip to Thailand with Intro Travel! From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organised and made the whole experience stress-free and so enjoyable.

A huge part of what made the trip so special was our tour leader, Maddie. She was genuinely fantastic — kind, caring, inclusive, and just a lovely person to be around. She made everyone feel welcome from day one and created such a positive group atmosphere. Maddie was always there to help with anything we needed, gave great recommendations, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included throughout the trip. You could really tell how much she cared about making the experience the best it could be for all of us.

The accommodation throughout the trip was great, always clean, comfortable, and in really good locations. Every activity and excursion was also fantastic — from exploring beautiful places to fun group experiences that made it easy to bond with everyone.

Overall, it was such a memorable trip and I’m so glad I chose Intro Travel. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone thinking about visiting Thailand, especially if you’re looking for a fun, well-organised trip with an amazing group leader. Thank you Maddie and Intro Travel for such an unforgettable experience!

I had the most amazing time in Bali. Putri was the best she was so accommodating and kind. She always was making sure everyone was having an amazing time and she was always done for fun. I’ve done a few intro tours and I have certain foods I can’t eat and Putri has been the most caring of this out of all my leaders and it’s the little things like that, that make all the difference. I’m made the best memories in Bali seeing dolphins and turtles. I couldn’t recommend Bali Intro enough and hope everyone who comes gets Putri

A great trip with all the best highlights of the North and South islands of New Zealand included! I had the most amazing time and met great people in my group along the way - It really made solo travelling to the other side of the world less scary!

My group leader Lauren was great, super friendly and always helpful! She even went out of her way to help me with flight check in and transfers.

One thing I would have hoped is that a Kiwi experience was included in the itinerary to complete the NZ experience - I think there deffo could have been time to have this included in the south island in Queenstown. But overall such a great worthwhile trip of a lifetime!

Liam B was honestly such a great guide throughout the 12 Day Intro tour. From the start, he made everyone feel safe, welcome, and completely at ease, which makes such a difference when you’re in a new place.
He has a really warm, easygoing energy and is just naturally friendly and chatty, so it never felt forced — just like being shown around by someone who genuinely cares. Even on the days when we were all tired from travelling, he somehow kept the group in good spirits and made everything feel fun again.
You can tell he really knows Thailand inside out! he shared loads of interesting insights without it ever feeling like information overload. It just added to the whole experience.
Overall, Liam made the trip what it was. Super approachable, organised, and just a genuinely good person to have leading the group. Would 100% recommend having him as your guide.

Everything was so great, I really enjoyed it! Highlights were for example the Khao Sok Nationalpark with floating bungalows, the overnight train was a very fun experience, we had great accommodations, in koh phangan we had very fun beach parties, and on koh phiphi we went on amazing boat trips, it was a very cute island, Everything was organized perfectly, you dont have to care about anything, and no need to have any worries going on the trip solo, youre meeting so many friendly people!
Special thanks to our group leader Maddie, shes so openminded and manages to include everyone into any group activity, you can have so much fun with her and she organizes everything perfectly. Whatever comes up, she will help you immediately, thanks again for that!

I've just finished the 13 day Japan Adventure tour and it's hard to put into words just how much fun I've had! Izzy was the BEST group leader. Everything was organised so well and she made sure we knew what the plan was for each day. Our group was a great mix of people and we all got on well. I'd been thinking of booking this tour for years and I'm so glad I did!

I went on the 28 day tour from the east coast in Australia! What a unbelievable experience it was, my tourguide was Chloe and she did a really good job! You could go to her with every single question! We had 23 people on our tour mixed with men and women. The highlight was for sure sailing on the Whitsundays for 2 days.

I would highly recommend this tour, since it was a good mix of partying, culture, nature and good vibes!

Can't recommend this trip enough. Saw all the highlights of Japan and Izzy went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. Izzy and the group as a whole really made the trip!

I just finished the 13 day Japan adventure with Izzy, to say it was incredible would be an understatement!!!
From day one we were made feel welcome and at ease, everything was so well organised which made the trip run so smoothly. The itinerary has great variety to suit everyone. It has the perfect balance of iconic bucket list moments along with some amazing hidden gems. The small change initiative of this company adds an extra layer of purpose to the experience.

Izzy brought so much energy and positivity to the trip, she was so organised and knowledgeable along with bringing a good few giggles. By the end of the trip our whole group have become genuine friends. Looking forward to the next one!!

I just finished the Japan Adventure 13 Day Tour. It was an amazing experience. My group leader Izzy was just perfect. She made sure everyone was comfortable and had a great time. The tour is a perfect mix between traditional Japanese culture and modern city life. I highly recommend this tour.

I did the Japan tour with izzy and izzy was absolutely amazing. So kind and knowledgable. I don’t think the trip could have possibly been better! We had the whole itinerary and travel plans prepared for us and overall the trip was like a dream. I couldn’t recommend it more to everyone. Had the most amazing time and no stress involved. Thank you izzy and intro!!

We’ve just done an unforgettable 12 day tour of Thailand with Liam Brodigan and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

From day one right through to our final goodbye, Liam was absolutely incredible. No question was ever too small or too silly and he constantly checked in to make sure everyone was happy and comfortable. His knowledge of every place we visited was impressive.
We were also lucky to have Nan as our local guide. She was just as knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and brought so much fun to the group. On top of that, she’s an amazing photographer!

Travelling as a couple on a group tour turned out to be such a great decision. We met so many great people from all over the world, we created such a great bond! Which made the experience even more special.

We truly had the best time and would highly recommend this tour!

Liam Brodigan is an unbelievable guide, Intro are very lucky to have him on board. He offered the perfect blend of support, encouragement, guidance and friendliness. Somehow he managed to be our mom and our hype guy and was a class act throughout. He was a huge part of what made this tour special, and accessible as a bit of an anxious traveller. He was very knowledgeable and encouraged everyone to maximise all of the opportunities available on the tour.
A truly kind and fun soul.
For anyone interested, he's going to be doing the Vietnam tours for the next while!
2/5 for dance skills, but 10/5 for effort.

I have just finished the 9 day intro to Thailand and it has been one of the most amazing and fun experiences! Our group leader, Liam, has been incredible from start to finish, I always felt safe, looked after, included and made sure we were all having fun. Liam answered all of my incessant questions, if he didn’t know something he found out quickly, he helped with onward travel and suggestions of things to do in our spare time. But the best thing about Liam is his incredible dance moves 💃
We also had an amazing local guide, Nan, who brought so much fun and energy to the group, always smiling and dancing and has insane photography skills 😘
We met Emma while in Koh Phanagan, she is just starting her training to be a group leader, and she is an absolute LEGEND ❤️ so friendly and fun and free spirited and made sure to talk to and look after everyone, best of luck to her, she going to smash it as a leader, some very lucky groups to have her in the future 😁
The trip itself was a great mix of sightseeing, activities, downtime and partying. We got to see some beautiful locations like the floating bungalows we stayed in for a night in Khao Sok and a really beautiful bar up high overlooking Koh Pha-ngan ❤️ I would 100% recommend going on an intro trip, if you’re feeling nervous about going alone or being safe etc, there is no need, the group bonded very quickly and I have a few friends for life who I already have plans to see in a few weeks time.

i’ve just finished the 28 day east coast tour in australia 🇦🇺 my tour leader was Kiera, she was 10 out of 10, highly recommended 😁 she brought the good vibes, good laughs, and key information. couldn’t have done it without her 🫶🏼
this is my 2nd tour with intro travel and i’d highly recommend them, just booked my 3rd one for july 🇱🇰

Just finished 28 oz east coast with keira. (January 23rd until February 19th) It was a great trip keira was great at organizing all the add on activities I wanted to do and answered all the questions I had. She also told me to get in touch if I needed anything on my further travels in Australia. Highly recommend.

The trip obviously included transport, activities and some food; the difference was made by having a tour guide who was happy to help whenever necessary.

Australia is such a great place, everywhere is beautiful. I recommend the tour, especially as organising your own activities so closely can be risky
