I have just finished the India Experience tour with Intro Travel and the most amazing tour guide Dev. The trip was packed full of amazing activities and experiences and Dev made the trip incredible. He made us feel safe at all times, something I was worried about, travelling as a solo female. I have done both Thailand and The Philippines aswell with intro and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Informative group leader and tour guide Dev & Data. Both went above & beyond to make the last 13 days of travelling not only relaxing but memorable. Visited some beautiful landmarks, ate some incredible food & made some memories that will last a life time.

I have just completed the 17 day Japan trip and had an amazing time. The trip was extremely well organised with lots of supports provided for travelling before and after the tour. Enjoyable activities were well organised for every day, but travellers still had the freedom to make their own decisions if they had other plans. Each accommodation was high quality and the variety of types of stays was interesting to experience.

Lachie Fleming was a brilliant leader. He was continuously professions in his duties while simultaneously being an active, friendly and supportive member of the group. He went above and beyond to accommodate different needs around accommodation preferences, dietary restrictions and appealing to the personal interests of travellers. I am hugely thankful to him for his amazing work and could not recommend the service enough to other travellers.

I done the intro travel east coast Australia experience and it was amazing…. I’d recommend and if you’re lucky enough to get Tess as your group leader you are guaranteed to have the best time!

Just completed my 18 day Thai experience trip and I’m so glad I did it. Doing this tour allowed me see the wonderful place it is hassel free making the trip so much easier. TK our tour leader was honestly amazing, knew what she was doing like the back of her hand and handled everything like a true professional while still being one of us!

This trip was incredible from start to finish, packed with amazing sights, food, and experiences. Lachie was a great guide and made traveling around Japan feel easy and fun. Super knowledgeable, easygoing, and always had good tips on where to eat and what to check out. Would definitely recommend.

I just did the 12 Day Thai Intro trip and loved it. This was my 2nd time to Thailand and this one was way better than the first time. The itinerary was great, we visited Bangkok, Khao Sok NationalPark, Ko Phangan and ending in Phi Phi. The best part is that 99% of the activities we did were already included so there was no surprises. Our tour leader "TK" did a phenomenal job, she handled everything like a real pro. She has a bright future ahead of her in her field. I'm really happy I did this tour and will probably do another with Intro Travel.

Having spend £1749 for 2 weeks in the Philippines I was deeply disappointed by the service received from Intro.

Two typhoons hit areas in the Philippines on the first week of the tour disrupting the schedule meaning the group stayed longer in very low budget accommodation with all arranged activities cancelled. A weak effort was eventually made to arrange some activities, but they were not in keeping with an action activity trip that I had paid for. We would often be told in the first week that we had ANOTHER free day meaning we had to pay out of our own money to arrange activities to fill our day. Then when some of us had paid to do activities we would then be told an activity had been arranged for us that we couldn’t attend. And the arranged last minute activities were terrible. An example was a slow walking tour of an old fort. Safe to say we took the average age down by about 50. It took hours and was not in keeping at all.

It is clear Intro Travel only care about profits as no attempt was made to rearrange the schedule to avoid the typhoons. We were just sitting ducks. The whole first week was a complete waste of our annual leave and money.

Intro Travel eventually reached out to our group after pressure from our host and offered a £150 refund and 20% off a future trip. The group was very disappointed by this, but they refused to budge and even broke down the cost of the activities we missed which really didn’t cost much which made me wonder why the trip was so expensive in the first place. I asked for a full breakdown of the trip cost to justify the £1749, but it was refused. Safe to say I will not be using the 20% discount or using this company again.

I do a lot of group travel and this is the first company who has been a complete let down. Had they offered 20% off the trip we missed, it would have been more reasonable.

Before booking, please be cautious.

Amazing INTRO tour Brisbane>Cairns led by Chloe Walker. She was so with it, fun and informative. I would so recommend and she deserves a pay rise for putting up with us!

Just finished the 17 day New Zealand tour with Lauren and couldn’t have asked for a better time! Everything was so organised and made solo travelling less stressful. Lauren was so knowledgeable about all things New Zealand, Aotearoa, and Māori culture. The views were stunning and all the activities organised by intro were well planned and worth doing. I was so grateful for the whole group and was really sad to leave everyone. The best time with the best people ❤️❤️

Just finished the India Experience and loved it. Dev and Vivek were a blessing to have as our group leader and guide. They managed the iteniary smoothly, resolved problems on the go (without us noticing) and always made sure we felt safe and happy! Could not have wished for better guys on this trip!

What a time I had exploring this incredible country with Intro and our group leader extraordinaire Izzy!
I had the time of my life, the itinerary was jam packed with inclusions whilst feeling relaxed at the same time, the accommodation was great and the company even better.
Japan is truly the gift that keeps on giving and it’s impossible to decide on a highlight but the excitement of seeing Fuji in all her glory was pretty special.

Our group leader Izzy was fantastic; professional, abundant with energy, thoughtful and had a clear passion for travel and what she does. I cannot think of a single thing I would change. Intro are incredibly fortunate to have her working for them! Thank you Izzy and Japan, look forward to booking the next one!!

My experience in India was truly something I did not expect, and that’s all thanks to Dev and Vivek, our tour leader and guide throughout the Nov 22-Dec 5th 2025 tour. Their organisation, cultural knowledge, team work and support was impeccable, and our group truly benefitted from their combined experience. India will be a country and experience I will never forget, all thanks to Dev, Vivek and Intro.

Intro; particularly Dev and Vivek, made this tour fantastic, the level of organisation and passion put into this experience was evident and heavily reflects in the thorough enjoyment of the entirety of the trip!!

It was such an amazing experience and i lived the support and guidance that it gave when travelling as it made it much less daunting and travel and accommodation stress free i had an amazing tour leader Mia who was so lovely and helped me loads with onward travel and supported me throughout the tour with anything i needed it was the best 28 days if my life

Recently came home off an Intro tour to India and all I have to say is wow!!!! The tour was so well run, full of so many activities, cultural experiences and a dive into the history. The combination of our guides (Dev and Vivek) created the absolute dream team. Dev was always so full of life and enthusiasm and created an unbreakable bond between our group and Vivek was always there to share his mountain of knowledge with us, the both of them always made sure we felt safe and we knew we could call on them for anything. My first tour i’ve done with Into and i am throughly impressed!!

The India tour was amazing. A perfect blend of culture, sight seeing and adventure. We were so lucky that we had the dream team, Dev and Vivek, as our tour leader and local guide. Dev, was brilliant in making sure we bonded as a group and his enthusiasm and passion for the country (and life in general) was infectious. Vivek’s never-ending knowledge about the history of India was incredible. They both worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure we had the best trip possible. I’ve just completed the 28day Oz east coast tour. Wow what an incredible experience! Not only have I got amazing memories for life I’ve also got friends for life! Erin was my group leader (TL😉) and she did such an amazing job, made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Everything was planned out and she kept the whole group updated day to day. Not often you forget what day of the week it is! (And that’s a nice feeling!)
