Intro Sri Lanka Nov 2025

Loved my experience with Intro. Great taste of Sri Lanka and mix of culture, fun, experiences and laughs.

Tour leader - Amelia, was informative. Always bringing some fun animal facts and laughs.

Experiences were great, explored culture of Sri Lanka, religion etc. Had some fun nights out and experiences with the group that mainly involved solo travellers from all over the world. Gorgeous sites and hikes.
And fun memory’s even when the weather didn’t decide to play ball

Accommodation was lovely, had everything we needed. Slightly further out from some more buzzy towns which would have been nicer to be more central etc

Welcomed with open arms by the tourguide! Very well run tour with plenty of options and things to do.

Seyha was a brilliant guide and he really knew all of the ins and outs of the country which gave us a well rounded experience in Cambodia.

Had a really good time in Japan with my Intro Tour. Lauchie was a really amazing leader and is so knowledgable about the country - I’d definitely recommend this trip!!

I just did the Sri Lanka tour with Dan as my group leader and I wanted to share how amazing the experience was.

I have never done a tour group before and it was the best thing I’ve ever decided to do !! Not only was everything beyond organised and planned well, it was immersive and so much fun.

They fit such a great mixture of activities within Sri Lanka and I feel like I got to experience so many different parts that I wouldn’t of been able to plan alone ( like being able to visit a Buddhist monastery and teach English too young monks).

I wanted to also thank Dan for his amazing guidance and help throughout the tour, he was four steps ahead of everyone and made me feel so comfortable. He supported everyone along the way and made sure small details were seen too. Thank you again !! 🇱🇰🇱🇰🥥☀️

15 day Bali Experience Tour - Overall a truly amazing experience! One that I’ll never forget. The planning was seamless & the information given for each day’s movements and activities were clear and exact. Everything is planned/pre-booked, you did not need to worry at all, the entire time. There was absolutely no stress throughout, which made the trip seamless, FUN & exciting!

My group leader, Annie, was fantastic! I couldn’t have asked for a better leader. The passion she has for her job & Bali in general was inspiring, along with her friendliness and ability to connect with each person in the group. (& her good choice in road trip music :P).
I stayed in Bali after my trip, but wasn’t 100% sure on my plans & Annie gave me great tips for ideas, (including links), & also hotel recommendations - again, making this period smoother for me without having to do my own research.

I originally signed up for the 12 day trip, but decided to extend my trip to the 15 days whilst I was coming to the end of mine as I was not ready to leave my new little family & was having such a great time with all the activities, there was no way I was missing any!!

I highly recommend downloading the Intro App! This was a great tool to use before the trip & also during (although not needed as your leader will tell you everything you need to know). It’s also a great way to see what other tours Intro do for if you’re curious about others in the future… which I imagine you will be once you finish a tour - I know I was :P

I’d also like to point out that these trips are great for any ages! Whether you’re off work & wanting to long-term travel or if you’re just taking a holiday - meaning you can be any age! We had a great mix in our group; some in their 20s, some in their 30s & some in 40s and we all got on like a house on fire :)

What made the experience great?

Hands down, our group leader TK from Thailand a young lady was the heart of the trip organised, positive, and somehow always one step ahead of everything. was an all-rounder in every sense. Organised, patient, fun, knowledgeable, always give great food recommendations ✅and somehow always able to fix anything before we even realised something needed fixing. If there were a superhero cape available, TK deserved it If Intro could clone her, they absolutely should.

What is the company doing well?

The itinerary was fantastic and really showcased the best of the 18-day adventure. Every day felt packed with memorable experiences.

A little constructive feedback:

Adding just one more day in Phuket would’ve taken the whole tour from amazing to “please don’t make me go home.” Also, combining groups occasionally created a bit of unnecessary drama. We paid good money to enjoy the journey with our group — reality TV wasn’t on the itinerary!

Overall, an incredible trip with the perfect guide — just a couple tweaks away from absolute perfection.
Plus our Group was hands down the nicest people from all over the world & different backgrounds.

Thailand intro was an incredible experience for me. TK was an absolutely amazing tour guide, super helpful and I could not recommend her more. I wouldn’t change the experience for the world and it definitely won’t be my last trip with Intro.

As someone who usually travels with just my wife, this was my first group tour so naturally I was nervous. Our team leader, TK, met us at the hotel and immediately dispelled any worries we had. She organised everything perfectly while also making sure to join us on the adventure and be in the moment by our sides. Not only would I consider her a friend, but the bonds I made with my group were incredible and I really do NOT want to go home.

It’s been a 10/10 experience with incredible moments, friendships and memories. We all cried when saying goodbye and I never cry - it was just that perfect.

The next trip with Intro is already locked in and that’s all due to how great TK made this experience for us. Would absolutely recommend the Thailand trip to anyone of any age and character. Fun, sun and adventure all rolled into one with memorable characters, guides and experiences at every turn. The trip was ran so smoothly and professionally that I was genuinely perplexed as to when TK was organising things because she was always with us making every moment special.

Best holiday I’ve ever had and I’m 100% coming back

Massive thank you to TK for making my 18 day tour in Thailand one of the best holidays I’ve ever been on. She is a fantastic guide, full of knowledge, enthusiasm and energy which made all the sightseeing, nights out and socialising so much fun. Everything felt taken care of from start to finish. The tour and itinerary are fantastic and I feel like I got to experience so much in such a short space of time. I loved all the local experiences and getting tours from the local guides. I’ve never been this sad coming home from a holiday - so much so I’ve already put a deposit down on another trip. Would highly recommend.

Our group leader Izzy was amazing and full of contagious energy that made the tour so much more enjoyable!

Met many incredible people and had some experiences i wouldn't of thought to book if i did it myself. Like a fire ceremony and sleeping in a temple!

Overall a 10/10 experience and made some friends for life!

I have had the most amazing 28days on the east coast trip! Chloe my group leader has made the trip the best experience ever and has given me so much confidence to continue travelling! My high of the trip was on the sailing boat on the whitsundays watching the sunset and being able to see the stars so clear at night, it was a real ‘wow’ moment for me. I’ve also made some amazing friends on this trip who I know I’ll be friends with for life!

I have just finished the 28 day east coast oz tour with Chloe as our group leader and the whole experience was incredible. I really am so speechless just over how amazing it was. From the city stops, beautiful beaches, breathtaking views, insane activities and hilarious night outs with the group.

Chloe was the perfect leader for this tour. From how consistently energetic, informative, kind, caring and just how bloody fun she was, she made the tour even better. She always made me feel safe and comfortable and always made sure we were happy, every single day. She really was the best.
We will all miss her so much but we’ve made so many lasting memories from this tour that I can’t wait to tell everyone about it.

This tour exceeded my expectations in so many ways. I knew I’d love it but the fact I am tearing up typing this shows just how sad I am that it’s all over. I have never had so much fun in my entire life and the people I have met on this tour our new friends for life.

If you are contemplating doing this tour, let this be the nudge you need to just book it. You will have the time of your life.
Bring more money than you think you will need though as the food and drink is expensive out here and you want to be able to fully enjoy it and with booking onto extra excursions. All of them are worth the money!

I did the 28 day east coast oz tour and I couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone! Chloe was our group leader and she was absolutely brilliant, always keeping the mood high, making everyone feel comfortable and welcome from the very beginning, supporting and helping everyone individually with onward travel and advice and truly made the trip the best experience for us all !

Just finished up the India experience with Dev, and what a time it was! His passion for teaching us about his country and giving us the complete picture for India was such a privilege.
I learned a lot from him and from this incredible, hectic, beautiful, diverse place and I’m lucky to have had him as a leader (as well as the legendary Vivek!)

Dani was such a great and warm hearted group leader! She was so sweet to reach out to me and make sure I was 100% sure that I knew how to get to the hotel. She was so easy to talk to and I feel she made everybody feel super safe and comfortable speaking about good and less good experiences with ext. locals or what ever! Best group leader we could have had!

An incredible experience and a bit part of that has to be attributed to our group lead, Seyha.
His passion for the culture and sharing his experience was very noticeable and made the trip that much better.

I had an amazing experience doing the Cambodia Intro tour. The itenerary of the trip had a good balance between activities and rest. The organisation of the trip was great and I will forever hold our group leader Seyha in my heart. He is an incredible human being and made the tour even more memorable with his enthousiasm and charming character.

I did the intro Vietnam and Cambodia trip and could not recommend it enough!! Lucy and Seyha were both amazing group leaders!
