Had a great time with intro travel on the Cambodia tour! Such a great country such a good tour. Our tour guide was Seyha and he really made the trip what it was. He brought amazing energy from day 1. He's knowledge and love for his country was contagious, genuinely going to miss him, what eva they are paying him its not enough 😅 the Intro trip itself had a pace with 2 nights stay at each location. It had a great balance of activities/tours, drinking (if ur into that) and your own chill time, Seyah had heaps of recommendations of things to do in your free time if you didnt want to shop or laze around. I'd highly recommend this trip.

Just finished the 10 day Cambodia Intro tour with the iconic SEYHA!! Literally the best. He cares so deeply about all his group members, and is so passionate about showing us the real side of Cambodia, all the history and culture, even when it is hard hitting stuff and difficult for him to share. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and is the reason all of us felt so safe and comfortable to be ourselves! AND brings the energy every damn day. We miss you already Seyha 🫶🏼🫶🏼 couldn’t have asked for a better tour with Intro ☺️

Just finished the 17day NZ tour and it was incredible from start to finish, we had Lauren as our group leader and she provided us with all the information we needed and has also become a great friend throughout the trip I can’t fault the experience.

I just finished my New Zealand (South Island) tour, and I had the absolute best time. My group leader Lauren made sure to include everyone and made everything so much fun. Made some great friends as well <3

I absolutely loved my Intro trip to Cambodia. Such a great itinerary for a stunning country. Going into the trip I didn’t know much about Cambodia so didn’t know what to expect but coming out of it I have learnt so much and feel experienced what makes the country great. Seyha, our guide, was incredible - such great vibes and energy. The trip would not be the same without him and I am extremely grateful.

It was an amazing trip with a lot of different experiences and activities. Violetta was a fantastic group leader with a lot of expirience and she took care of everyone. We loved it!

Where do we even begin? From the moment we landed in Thailand, Maddie set the tone — equal parts tour guide, hype person, and honorary family member. Somehow, she managed to keep us all organised and vibing at the same time.

Whether it was early morning adventures, late-night laughs, or those legendary dance moves that could make even the tuk-tuk drivers stop and stare, Maddie brought pure energy, kindness, and fun to every moment.
She looked after us like family — making sure everyone felt included, safe, and seen (even during our more questionable karaoke choices). Always approachable, always smiling, always ready to turn an ordinary moment into a core memory.
Honestly, if group leaders were rated in stars, Maddie would break the system. 10/10. Five stars. Gold medal in good vibes. 🏅💃🇹🇭

Our tour leader Maddie completely made our experience she was absolutely brilliant- the energy she bought was amazing. She is a complete natural at her job, was really inclusive and made everyone feel very welcome.

We also had Tanya as our local guide she was brilliant aswell, always ensured we got a good picture and was great fun! She knew lots of local facts and was always open to answer lots of questions!

Just came back from my 13 Days Japan Trip and miss it already! This was my first group travel experience and it couldn't have been better - loved the group, the itinerary was amazing and seeing Japan was just a dream coming true! Our group leader Lachie made this trip just perfect - huge knowledge about the culture, amazing recommendations for food and free time, and always had an open ear! It was so much fun and I can only recommend booking a trip with Intro!

I booked it with intro so i can just enjoy my travels without worrying i forgotten something or took the wrong train or bus or destination also to meet new people likewise

The trip was great as we were able to see lots of different areas of the country, and experience the different culture. The group leaders were also very friendly and helpful with any question we had

Had the best 28 days exploring the East Coast of Australia! Mia made the trip unforgettable, going above and beyond to make sure the whole group was happy and enjoying every moment of the tour. She was the best tour leader, and I have come away with a a bunch of new friends because of it. Couldn’t of asked for anything more, loved every second. I feel sorry for anyone who doesn’t get to experience a trip with Mia.

Dev has been the best guide and made India such a memorable experience..nothing has been too much trouble. Dev went above and beyond each day to make sure the group had everything needed and were having a great time. Data, was very informative and made the educational side of the trip really interesting. He really knows the depth and history and explained it well, taking you on an epic journey.

As my first Intro tour I have been blown away by the accommodation, the food and the Tour guides and of course my amazing travel group

The group leader Dev and tour guide Data were what made the trip great. They are so accommodating and friendly - any issues we had they were there to help straight away so we felt constantly safe and reassured. There were a range of activities and things to do whilst still having a few hours of chill time almost every day to reset. There were some things we were unable to do eg the desert due to government rules but that was of course out of our control. Both Dev and Data did as much as they could to find other activities to keep us busy. The intro travel made India very special for me and it was great to meet some wonderful people in the group too.

Another excellent tour from Intro Travel - Dev was amazing throughout and provided laughs, enthusiasm, knowledge, and a sense of comfort in hectic times. The tour itself was the perfect blend of colour, chaos, and culture - an explosion of sights, sounds and smells to test your senses. As always, the group were great and every person involved in the tour (guides, vendors, drivers, etc.) could not have been nicer. Thanks for helping to make some amazing memories!

This is our 6th intro tour and it has a topped them all so far! We love intro tours as the group always has a similar vibe and comments so quickly. They also include everything which means you don’t have to worry about paying for extra activities along the way.

This tour is a fantastic whistle stop journey across Northern India! India is a chaotic place so was so nice to experience it fully without having to worry about the admin of organising everything, safety or getting ripped off. Fabulous accommodation and lots of activities that felt authentic, local and very thoughtful rather than just the standard tourist traps. This is definitely not a “party trip” and you cover a lot of ground so there’s quite a lot of early mornings and long journeys - but if you want a cultural experience (which is still full of energy and fun), then it’s right for you.

Dev, our group leader, was just incredible, arguably the best group leader we’ve had, He was kind, fun and flexed to the needs of the group. He knew how to raise the energy, showed us spots we’d never have found on our own and absolutely made every minute of this experience for all of us. We also had a local guide with us at all times who was fabulous and super informative (and always provided us with the fastest Indian treats along the way!)

Would definitely recommend to anyone who wanted to have an authentic but very fun introduction to such a beautiful country.

Dev and data went out of their way to help everyone in the group with anything they needed , very accomodating!
One thing that dev did that past group tours haven’t done was switching room mates every time we went to a new accomodation and I found it works much better! It’s a good way to get to know everyone on a better level!

I had the best time on the Intro India tour. Everything is so well thought out and planned - from the hotels and the stops on the long coach journeys. Dev and Data couldn’t have been more accommodating to everyone’s individual needs and always ensured that everyone was okay. It felt more like travelling with a group of friends who had known each other for ever! Everyone felt included and listened too. The locations we stopped at were stunning but the best part was the hotels we stayed in - or should I say Palaces!
I am confident that when I travel with Intro again everything will be well planned and the accommodation is of a high standard. Thank you to everyone at intro and to Dev especially for being the best tour guide ever!

I did the 9 day North Island Tour. The itinerary is very well thought through and the accommodations were perfect for our group, I don’t normally enjoy staying in hostels but when everyone in the room is a new friend it’s great. The optional activities were so much fun and there was no pressure at all to join everything. The best part was our guide Niamh, she’s so down to earth, makes sure everyone is included and having a good time and she just has a great nature. I hope to have her as a guide in the future. I love the support Intro gives for people on a working holiday visa in NZ as well, not many companies seem to offer this and it’s really invaluable!
