Inexperienced and unprofessional CRAs
Inexperienced and unprofessional CRAs. CRAs assigned to our studies have been notorious for no shows for remote and onsite visits with sites. Relationship with sponsor and sites were tarnished due to incapable CRAs from Investigo. Sponsor approached CRAs for proper monitoring and training but was poorly received. Even after escalating to upper management, the CRA manager was unsure of how to deal with the situation. Highly do no recommend this CRO.

Really poor and unprofessional
Really poor and unprofessional. Call scheduled and rescheduled, but no call and even after several questions about the reason absolutely no reaction at all.

My experience with Investigo was definitely bad. Edward G. called me pretending I had some skills for a vacancy... but during the second part of our call he asked me some references about a colleague of mine.
I found very unprofessional this approach...

Pros and Cons
Pros: Lots of opportunities are forwarded your way for your interest. They always keep you in mind.
Cons: follow up or confirmatory updates as to a prospective employers/HR's receptivity is lacking. If a company said no then best to know sooner rather than later so that I can rank other job offers accordingly.
