Only had my subscription for a couple month but I have changed it a couple times and got different add ons each month.ic has been very up front and helpful im very satisfied

What experience as a new customer was great and the monthly subscription get me the best value for what I can afford to buy in gold and sliver and I plan on buying more in the future. And the shipping was on time and it comes on the same day every month I am happy with investor crate it works for me.

I was skeptical when I first signed on, but I’ve received three deliveries and they were all decent. I have increased my monthly box and I’m waiting to see what I receive this month. My only complaint is the inability to request specific pieces. Which I understand keeps them from being competitive. So I purchase gold and silver from a competitor that delivers the pieces I cannot get from IC. Otherwise, I’m happy with the service and value.

I love this site. Great subscriptions. Always delivered on time. Great people to deal with. I would recommend investor crate to anyone. Never had a problem with them. And Great customer service.

I bought a starter silver pack from them to try them out. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I think these guys are a scam! I get their are buyers premiums everyone charges them but, they must have super high buyers premiums because, what I got was a disgrace. Silver with finger prints on them. Plus it takes them forever to ship, what do they not have the product when you put in an order? Investors Create in my opinion is alot of there own hype, your not getting anything for a fair deal from them. They have some good ideas but, you over pay for bullion or for that matter for anything you buy from them!
I would tell everyone to buy from somewhere else like SD Bullion heck at least they have sales where you can get silver, gold bullion at spot or sometimes under spot. Even as I look today at sd bullion 90% is 1.50 under spot, 1 ounce rounds 2.99 over spot.
Bottom line don't waste your time with investors create the margins over spot kill you in the future for a poor showing of silver bullion! You Will Be Disappointed!

Investor Crate is a great company to purchase from. Whether you order the subscription or the starter pack you will not be disappointed. Shipping occurred on the 14th and my oder arrived on the 16th.

As advertised.. add ons are a nice touch and give aways are cool but i didn't win yet haha.. but its a nice service to stack hands on gold precious metal

So far happy with my purchases, my concerns if any would be the amount of silver I received since price has dropped seems like there should be more silver but seem there is less

I’ve made several purchases from IC. Orders always come in a timely manner and I’m never disappointed with my shipment. Boxes always contain a surprise, but never a disappointment.

When substituting because of price, a note should be in the package. That's the only complaint other than that. Great stuff.

I was very sketchy when I first looked into this company. Reason being i am a beginner coin and silver collector and have been ripped off before. I've been buying from them for about 3 months now and so far very pleased. My order is on time if not its always the post offices fault. Plus they're a veteran owned company so that's trust in itself.

Amazing business. Great concept. Have yet to be disappointed or feel like I got the short end of the stick. Love that it’s veteran owned. I don’t see an end in sight for my monthly purchase.

Ive had great experience using Investor Crate. Always ship on time and package discreetly and carefully. I love the monthly option,(I use the 250 option) and have not been disappointed yet with the coins or bullion sent yet when I priced them out. Completely trustworthy!

They're straight forward in what they do. I like their Constitution Crate, but have switched back and forth to the silver crate. Some months are better than others- but stackers already know that ;) I like the convenience and ease of pausing/canceling. Their customer service is responsive and awesome. Highly recommend.
