Feels Scammy. Chargers way more per credits per video than stated.
A 8 second sora 2 pro video should cost 3 credit's according to their support but due to "minimum charge thresholds or internal processing overhead." they charge 1 to 2 credits EXTRA! and I chatted with their support and they confirmed that this is normal.
I will cancel my subscription and use a different platform because I feel ripped off and scammed I basically lost around 10 video generation due to "minimum charge thresholds or internal processing overhead." that I didn't know of. That's almost 40$... That's almost 1/3 of what I paid in subs and addon credits.

Pay for nothing
They make you pay, promising a lot of features, but you cannot even try anything out as the credits for each "thing" are so expensive, that there is nothing you can do with a monthly subscription less than 100 $ a month. if you have a lot of money to waste, you may want to try the most expensive subscription, maybe it can do what they promise, but anything below cannot do anything . It is a total loss of money.

I'll save you the trouble.. its TERRIBLE
Honestly, the overall experience with InVideo is absolutely terrible. Great idea, horrible execution. The video generation is, for the most part, very mid-level to basic quality. You will have to edit numerous times just to get a usable video, but it still will not be great. The real problem with this company is the pricing model. It is expensive AF to create these terrible videos and the "credit" method is absolutely TERRIBLE. I've had to retype prompts numerous times because I "don't have enough credits" after just subscribing to a PAID plan. After I finish the current creative I'm working on, I will never be using this product again and I suggest everyone else does the same. I don't write reviews, but I was compelled to write this one because I am pissed.

The Plus plan advertises 50 videos per month, but it's a scam. I paid £35 and produced fewer than 10 videos, each less than 60 seconds long. The quality isn't up to a professional standard either.

We found the platform to be expensive and riddled with glitches. Adding content requires constant credit purchases, which felt like we were being nickel-and-dimed at every turn.
The voice-overs were difficult to follow, often rambling and unclear, which impacted the overall usability. While we did receive a partial refund, we believe a full refund would have been more appropriate given the subpar quality of service.
There are better platforms available that offer a more seamless experience without hidden fees or confusing credit systems.

I've wasted money working with Invideo.io. I've been trying to work with a video project for hours and it kept crashing saying try again. I finally reached out to support and they said they would get back to me in a few hours. After 3 hours I checked back with them. SAM was in yellow... no response.
For as much money as they charge, there should be immediate 24/7 customer support helping customers who pay the high subscription costs they charge.
I'm canceling my membership and giving up on all ai video generators until the technology evolves into something usable. Invideo should be ashamed for charging outrageous subscription prices for sub-par video output and slow and less than desirable customer service.
The economy is bad enough. No one wants this additional stress.
