We shipped out your order super fast, within 24 hours, and we trusted our courier to make sure your order got to you in great shape.
I noticed you sent us an email just a couple of hours ago, and I'm sorry if it seemed like we didn't get back to you quick enough. To make things right, we're going to give you a full refund back to the same account you used to buy those nipple covers. You should have already received an email saying the refund is on its way, and you can expect it in about 5-7 working days.
