I’ve still not even had my initial appointment yet so I can’t really give the best review but I will say I spoke to Jamie in the virtual appointment did not rush me to make payment and answered all my questions. Informations was given well. From my research this is a legit company with mixed reviews so hopefully I have a good experience if I continue with them

Gozde was such a lovely host she was so kind and friendly. I felt so comfortable. I didn’t have to wait very long and she quickly passed me onto my treatment coordinator, Idwan. Idwan was very efficient and she listened to me very well. She answered all my questions and made the booking details an easy process. Thank you both❤️

Tried to get my consultation and the host took a while to come on and when she did we had audio issues for about 10 seconds, she disappeared and by the time the audio issues was resolved she didn’t return and had me in the waiting room before she removed me preventing me from ever admitting to the meeting. All in all, my consultation didn’t even happen. I’m going with smilewhite instead.

Bad first impression. After this experience I got to reading the reviews and this just shows I’ve dodged a bullet. I took a screenshot of the message. Very rude of her. Idk what kind of business is this. Made me realise my consultation with smile white yesterday was beyond exceptional and they’re the ones to continue with.

My treatment coordinator gizem was amazing , super welcoming and friendly and explained the process to me very clearly . She made me feel very comfortable.

Really helpful consultation with Harley - we had lots of questions and felt like we got the answers we were after and he didn’t make us feel rushed at all! We feel really excited about our consultations and very grateful for the information he has given us so far!

Had a great experience as the process was quick and simple from the video consultation to having the scan and seeing the dentist. The team answered all my questions and queries that I had, and explained the next steps clearly and concisely.

I recently had my face to face consultation in Leeds, where I was met by lovely, welcoming and knowledgeable staff from first arriving at the clinic, to leaving.
The lady on reception was really polite. The dentist who took my x-rays was really kind and Lily, who talked me through the process, payment options and answered all my questions was absolutely brilliant. I felt like I was talking to someone I had known years, having a catch up! I felt so comfortable and at ease, as someone who has had a life time fear of dentists, this is huge for me! I also did not feel under any pressure to commit to anything, which I found so reassuring!!
The prompt communication and information I have received both pre and post face to face consultation has been great! I have found the customer service to be 10/10 and always in a timely manner when emailing for advice/to book in.
The process so far has been straight forward and I feel like I’m in good hands. I am super excited to see my results at the end of my journey. Thank you!! X

My online consultation was with Charleigh and she was very informative and gave a great explanation of the treatment. I am looking forward to my visit to the clinic as the staff seem very friendly.

I haven't had them fitted yet, so this review is of the process beforehand.

I'm the kind of person who likes detailed explanations. I want to know what to expect. From booking the video call consultation (appointment available two mins later), to attending my in-person session, the whole process was incredibly easy, friendly, and no pressure.

The video call went through the various prices and options as well as what I wanted out of it and what to expect in-person if I wanted to continue. I paid the £25 deposit to secure the appointment. It's refundable.

On the day (a Sunday appointment no less!), I had a 3D scan of my mouth, a dental checkup, and x-rays to create a render of what my teeth looked like and what Invisalign could do for me. I was able to ask questions along the way and the staff were really friendly and welcoming.

Once I was happy, they discussed prices and left me to think about my choices. I agreed to proceed on the spot, in part because of how low-pressure and high-info the process had been.

I've had reminders of what I need to do via WhatsApp and email so I didn't risk missing filling a form etc.

Really simple, and I'm keen to get going now!

I came for my consultation on Monday and was very pleased with my experience. The whole process was explained very clearly, and when I was shown the simulation of what my teeth would look like at the end of my Invisalign treatment, I was really pleased with the expected results.

The procedure was explained thoroughly, and I was made to feel very welcome and at ease throughout the appointment. Any nerves I had quickly disappeared, and I’m really looking forward to starting my Invisalign journey and seeing the final results.

Smooth process and everything has been explained well and everyone has been very responsive.

So far my experience has been excellent. Booked an online consultation and was given all the information and promptly booked in the very next day for a in person consultation. Was given all the information I needed and was explained what package I would need and the cost. Was made to feel comfortable throughout the whole thing. Excited to start the process :)

I had a great experience with Charleigh Duncan, the Treatment Co-ordinator I spoke with today during my Zoom consultation with Invisible Braces 4 U. Although my treatment has not started yet, I already feel very positive about the journey ahead. Charleigh was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable and confident about starting my treatment. She also helped arrange my appointment at my nearest branch, which made the process much easier. I’m really looking forward to beginning my treatment and would definitely recommend.
