Very happy with product and service

I ordered a pair of invisibra recently. When I was removing the protective film, I accidentally dropped the bra onto the pink tissue wrapping paper that came with the bra. The bra was so sticky I couldn't take off the tissue paper without leaving the paper on the bra. I emailed the customer service to ask how I should handle the situation. To my surprise, they responded quickly and informed me that they would send me a brand new pair free of charge. I'm beyond happy with how the customer service handled my situation. Not only was the customer service great, but the bra itself is incredible. I've tried a lot of bra solutions before for backless tops and never felt happy with what I've tried, most of it lacked the support I was looking for. But I was really happy with this one, I never felt worried that it would fall. And I was surprised with how much support it gave. All in all, I'm very happy with the product and service.

SCAMMERS!!

SCAMMERS!!! Be aware this company unknowingly enter you into a subscription for VIP CUSTOMER SERVICE if you buy a product from them. They started withdrawing transactions from my PayPal account. I raised a dispute and PayPal immediately declined it stating it was an authorised payment!!! I had to call them and be very stern until the backed down and said some websites are known to enter customers into agreements without them knowing but PayPal have no visibility of this which is why the rejected the dispute. They finally agreed to process the refund. BE AWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS

We take accusations like this extremely seriously, which is why we want to clarify the situation factually and transparently.

Our company does not enrol customers into any subscription or VIP service without explicit consent. Any optional services or add-ons are clearly presented at checkout and require active customer selection. We would never authorise charges without a customer’s approval.

Regarding this case, the PayPal transaction in question was processed as a billing agreement that PayPal classified as authorised. When the customer contacted us, we cooperated fully and the matter was resolved directly. We have no control over how PayPal initially categorises disputes, but we always assist in resolving concerns raised with us.

Separately, this review appears to stem from a prior returns dispute. As clearly stated on our website, lingerie products are hygiene-sensitive and cannot be returned for fit or change of mind. Returns are only eligible for refund if items are in their original, unworn condition.

When this customer’s return was received, the item was not in resellable condition. The protective film had been removed and the bra cups showed visible scratches. We documented the condition with photographs and shared this evidence during the PayPal case review. Based on the evidence provided, PayPal ruled in our favour on the product return dispute.

We understand that disputes can be frustrating, but we strongly refute claims that our company engages in deceptive practices. We have been operating in the UK for over 16 years and remain committed to transparent policies and fair customer service.

Backless bra doesn’t stick

Backless bra doesn’t stick despite following the prep instructions ie no cream, oil ect. Cheap and tacky straps that snapped with light use. Just do yourself a favour and stay away. No returns or refunds-and ignored by customer service when I emailed in. Poor customer service + poor product = bad review!

Adhesion can be affected by a number of factors beyond visible skincare, including natural skin oils, body temperature, and individual skin type. Even when prep instructions are carefully followed, some skin types simply do not respond well to medical-grade adhesives — and we understand how frustrating that can be.

That said, strap breakage or a product fault is absolutely not the standard we aim for. Each item is handmade, and while rare, defects can occur. In those situations, we are always happy to review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Bought a 'backless' bra

Bought a 'backless' bra. Arrived and definitely had a 'back' - it might be transparent, but transparent tape when wearing a completely backless dress is not ok. Took another look at listing and definitely does not say that you'll have unsightly tape across your back, nor does it show this in photos. Of course NO RETURNS!! Buyer beware, misleading advertising and listing.

Tried to return and was told that the…

Tried to return and was told that the dress had been worn and was smelly. Absolutely not the case the dress was tried on and then returned immediately in original packaging. Tried to raise this with the company and only received communication via what’s app and would not answer my calls. Took to dispute and was refunded full amount eventually. Poor quality dresses and untrustworthy company. Do not use.
