Excellent customer services with polite, professional staff. I made a mistake with my order, I emailed the company and they changed my order prior to dispatch (meaning I didn’t have to return items) and they even phoned me to say they’d dispatched the corrected items. Great choice of products and prompt delivery with all items well wrapped.

I needed a slip in a hurry for a wedding. The lady who answered my call was very helpful. They made a slip for me and I received it the next day. It was perfect. What fantastic customer service! The price was very reasonable too. Thank you.

I ordered one of their wide strapped bras.
I found that the adjustment on the straps is minimal so you don't get any support.
Both sides of the bra had material joined that caused the stitching to stand out and bow so that it protruded through a knitted top I was wearing.
I would not recommend the Naturana Cotton Rich Wide Strap Bra. I will stick to Marks & Spencer in the future they are cheaper and fit better. I feel very disappointed.

My mother needed a new padded dressing gown, found a COTTONREAL one, cheaper than on COTTONREAL website, ordered it, it was too big, too long and sleeves were too long, I asked Suzanne Charles if they could shorten both the length and sleeves, they could, so we sent the bigger one back for a smaller size and for that to be altered as per my mother’s measurements. The ladies I spoke to were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

We were very impressed with the service we received. They made a potentially hard job very easy.

The company (COTTONREAL) themselves were unhelpful and also more expensive. Suzanne Charles were a good price and exceptional service with no added cost for the service. My mother said they should promote themselves in this area.

We can recommend them wholeheartedly and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
