Price increases too many times (2 times in less than a year)
It's a good tool but our price has gone up from £8.60 in Sept 2025 to £14.99 in Oct 2025 (because we didn't want to be charged for sending out more than 10 invoices a month so had to upgrade). Today (5/6/26) we have received an email stating it is going up to £17.26. I think this might be our last increase as we cannot keep paying for something that we personally do not get anything extra from. We would leave if it was guaranteed that we would still be able to keep all our history.

The support Humans are worth it.
The support Humans saved the day they are the reason I pay the subscription i love them they are smart, understanding, wise and I assume highly attractive people.
The application work 99.99% of the time I have used it for 3 years and have had about 2 issues with hours of my life saved for other things.

Was good 3 years ago and past 6, now major issues extreme time taker
I have been requesting help with numerous issues for 2 years without any resolve and now the onscreen assistant feature is also malfunctioning so all issues need emailed instead of chat. This entire program has declined the past 3 years. I have used it for over 9 years. It is becoming a time taker instead of time saver
